I seemed his help on getting a Cpap machine I wanted a different provider I visit him4/5/22 he did nothing for me I contact his messenger on 5/8/22 seeking help to get Cpap. He replied 5/9/22 that his assistant would contact me for phone appointment today is 8/1/22 and he never Tried to get me the help that I badly need I had to seek another Doctor to place order on new sleep Apnea machine. I would not recommend this Doctor for Nothing!

Dr. Diaz-Reyes is a perfect gentleman and a great ENT specialist and surgeon. My recent throat surgery was flawless and recovery time as expected. I would highly recommend his services to any patient. He's another great member of Austin Regional Clinic's staff of skilled and experienced healthcare providers.

A trip to the ER with no resolution landed me back in the dr.'s office with a referral to Dr. Diaz-Reyes. He was very direct, informative and thorough. He listened to my experience and my concerns and helped me feel at ease that there was a solution to my issue. I would absolutely recommend him.

Took my husband to see this doctor after having ringing in his ears for the last 3+ years due to an accident that left him with a TBI. The staff was cordial, the waiting room and office is nice and clean, but this doctor doesn't care about your tinnitus or helping you find a way to deal with it... *UNLESS* you're interested in purchasing a hearing aid. The first minute that he walked into our exam room, he was pushing hearing aids before he even talked to us. Once we explained our situation, and that we wanted to hold off on hearing aids he immediately was done with our visit. (Hearing aids won't help my husband's medical issues.) He never offered any other suggestions, once we told him for the FIFTH time that we weren't there to purchase a hearing aid. Find another doctor unless you like being pressured to buy something you don't *want* or need - hearing aids wouldn't even HELP in this situation - and don't expect him to help you or offer suggestions unless you're willing to shell out hearing aid money first. He made us feel like we wasted his time. I would NEVER recommend this doctor... even to people looking to purchase hearing aids. It's unfortunate that it's difficult to find a good ENT. Our insurance changed and we *had* to go here because they didn't cover our last ENT anymore which was AMAZING BTW! Go see Dr.Tobey ENT instead if your insurance pays for it, even if the drive is farther. He's definitely worth it! They treated my husband and myself VERY WELL.

Very compassionate doctor and nurses. Dr. Diaz-Reyes actually listened to my concerns and was extremely gentle during my biopsy. I tend to faint easily and his nurse and he did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. He is extremly professional and has a great deal of experience.

Seems like he has complaints for not being friendly enough. He may not be super warm and talkative but he’s good at what he does. I’ve had ear issues for several years and after seeing numerous ENTs and PCPs he is the very first one to actually correctly diagnose and successfully treat my issues. I’ve been seeing him for a year now and would recommend. He probably won’t hug you but he will treat your illness/symptoms.

Terrible experience and waste of time and money. He is not friendly, he is rude, and he doesn’t seem to care about his patients at all. The whole time I felt like all my concerns were invalid or stupid. Would definitely not recommend!

Absolutely horrible patient care. Never shook my hand or acknowledged me, just asked me what’s the problem. Said sorry I couldn’t be more helpful as he walked out and never said have a good day or anything. Never again

Really could use some work on his bedside manner. He acted like he truly couldn’t care less about my health issues. I didn’t wait weeks to see a specialist to be dismissed and treated with so little care. It’s not so hard to explain what you are doing and act like you care.
