Jamilla Stone's Online Review Report Card

I would love for my elderly mother to see Dr. Stone as we have heard wonderful things about her, but for the THIRD TIME our appointment has been cancelled. The callback number takes you to a call center to an operator who simply reads a script. I was on hold for over 15 minutes just trying to find out why we keep getting cancelled and why we can't set a new appointment. Beyond frustrating and so unprofessional. While I hate to leave a one star for a provider that we haven't even seen, I am leaving it in the hopes that someone from the system she works in will see this and act accordingly.

Dr. Stone is amazing!!! She is warm, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Wonderful bed side manner. Sits and really listens her to patients .

Dr. Stone is a fantastic doctor, and her staff, Megan Juarez NP, and the nursing staff are very helpful! I drive from Round Rock to San Marcos because I don't want to give them up. They have saved my life twice, by being observant and listening and taking action. You cannot go wrong with this group!

Dr. STONE is The Best medical Dr. I've ever had And that is saying a lot since I don't like doctors normally and I rarely go But I would go to her. She is very understanding Is and open to alternative healing methods. She is a very calm peaceful person And I loved our visits.

I see Dr. Stone in the San Marcos office. This was my 2nd appt. with her & I'm sold. She is professional, personable, caring, & listens to all your needs & concerns. She takes time with you, explains everything without the use of all the medical terminology so you understand 100%. Her staff is great too.

Like no other doctor! Dr. Stone is Personable with Beautiful soul and Amazing intelligence. She is "revolutionizing" medicine with her excellent care to patients. She has great nurse practitioners too, like no one else in this whole area. They listen, care, gives advice, and are capable of empathy. Dr. Stone has angels like Norma working as her office staff, and all in all they offer the best I have seen in Austin area. Please be prepared to be a best patient to these best providers.

My daughter is away here at college and we were desperate to find her a good doctor. She has had past immune issues and gets an infection quickly when sick. She was seen by the nurse practicitioer and showed all the signs of an active sinus infection, but the dr did not give her any prescriptions and only told her to use over the counter meds. She needed a stronger decongestant and also antibiotics. Then told her to call in 4 days if not better. Really? This is sub par care and not what we went for. Highly upset!

I absolutely love Dr. Stone. She is friendly, compassionate, doesn't withhold writing prescriptions, and goes the extra mile for her patients. She is the only one I will see at this practice.

Today I was seen by Nurse Practitioner, Megan Juarez in Dr. Jamilla Stone’s office in San Marcos. The entire visit was wonderful. The office staff was friendly and respectful, and Nurse Juarez was thorough, pleasant and efficient. I am so happy to have them as my primary care provider.
