For me, Dr. Shoss is the closest thing to the perfect doctor. And I've hung around a lot of medical professionals. He is friendly, communicative, responsive, caring, knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. He explains everything in detail and answered every one of my specific questions. He is highly skilled at this craft. He basically saved me from losing my kidneys due to a surprise condition with no symptoms. He was an angel for me. His staff is friendly and competent. No complaints here! Thank you Dr. Shoss!

Best urologist so far (and I’m 72). Did a thorough work up & exam before discussing various procedures available. He spend a very adequate amount of time answering my questions. He also is very well informed regarding newer technologies available. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for care.

Dr. Shoss was on call for urology at Baylor Med Center Plano, he attended to my husband's problems. He was very knowledgeable and caring. His bedside manner was wonderful, he explained what he was going to do and at every step of the procedure he again explained what he was doing now. He is a 5 star physician.

At age 65 I was waking up 4-5 times a night to urinate. Anytime I went out I would usually have make a bathroom stop or two. My urine stream was very light. After meeting Dr. Shoss he told me I did not have to live this way. He did look at my prostate and showed we video of it. We agreed on a TURP procedure. Following the procedure I had a short bout ( a week ) with ED which he immediately gave me an appointment to discuss. He assured me it was only temporary. My urgency to urinate was still there for a week or two which he predicted. Everything is back to when I was in my 30's. This was a positive life changing procedure for me and I had my doubts it would be.
