Dr. Jarzombek was friendly and helpful during our first visit. Unfortunately, I never saw her again. I am a patient with autoimmune diseases and three pain disorders. For seven months I arrived on time, paid my bills, and followed the treatment plan. When I had a medical crisis, I was unable to see my doctor, or get help. I needed more expertise than the nurse I had been seeing could provide. Instead, Dr. Jarzombek had another physician tell me they would not be treating me further. As a patient who requires medication to function, this was extremely upsetting and problematic. I was treated like a criminal and told just to go to the hospital. It was dismissive and dangerous. Do not trust this provider.

I arrived early to my appointment the ladies at the front my were courteous as always. I filled out my paperwork as was sent back. DrJ meet me before she did my injections was polite and explained what we were doing today. She asked if I had and questions or concerns then I went back. She reviewed my history for a bit then went to work. I got home was able to take an amazing nap and woke up feeling better than I went in that’s for sure. I highly recommend every doctor at this practice. They know what they’re doing and they do best for the patient. I never feel rushed, the nurses are always on point. This practice really helps those who truly in pain feel better. From the time I’m to the time out they deserve 5 stars from me.

Very unprofessional, she was 45 min late to the appointment, got the diagnosis wrong, prescribed me three different meds for my chronic headache and the meds did absolutely nothing for the pain. She does not care and does not have empathy, the manager does not care and has no empathy and threaten me, after telling me to leave and go to the emergency room
