Going to try to make this short but I’m supremely disappointed, if not livid. My mother had 2 appointments for surgery rescheduled and the 2nd one was rescheduled 15 minutes out from arriving at the hospital. Supremely unprofessional on their part.

They make you an appointment then change it multiple times and don't always inform you! They also frequently don't answer their phone or return messages. My husband got deathly ill twice because they didn't respond to his message for an antibiotic.

Worst care I have ever received in my entire life! If you are a Veteran and you are sent to this individual for community care (from my perspective) you deserve better. WAY BETTER!! If you are "Black" (just the vibe I got) take your money somewhere else. On God! Q: What do you call a person who passes their physician's residency evaluation (though the good ol boy system) by 1 point? A: Doctor

I felt he was strictly a male urologist. Just asking a few questions and telling me to self cath more often to prevent UTIs wasn't helpful. He is not a females urologist at all. Nice patient manner but seemed disinterested in the whole thing in my case actually. My health situation, surgeries, medical implants, and lack of helping, requires a Dr. who is knowledgeable about and can help me with whatever is wrong with me and fix it, or at the very least guide me in how to manage it! Not even close with this doc.

I treated with Dr. Dickinson and was extremely unhappy. He seemed uncaring and made some very flippant responses to my concerns. I changed doctors and am now very pleased.

Computers went down and they cancelled a pre-paid consultation visit 30 minutes prior. You would think with a consultation you could just take some notes and update the online documents when the computers come back online, but that's not the case. A more courteous staff might have been able to smooth things over but he doesn't have that. Its absurd that in today's world a doctors office cant maintain a reliable computer network or internet connection. High availability networks with redundant internet connections have been around for decades. You're loosing money not staying current with technology.
