Ms. Cardenas was my counselor and she is absolutely amazing. I went in with not the greatest attitude or belief that she could help but I was so wrong! I recommend her to anyone that needs help. She’s definitely the best and I will always appreciate her!

Tanya is a great counselor. Always makes sure we're working on the needed topics and helps provide daily exercises to work on specifically work on mental health. I enjoy seeing her weekly and whenever I need to reach out at any given time she is there to respond in a timely manner.

Mrs Tanya Cardenas Martinez is a wonderful case manager that had the patience to listen and work with me so that I properly understood the process and procedures of the assignments. She was there to answer my calls, as I sometimes can be a bit difficult when things are unclear. However, through her patience, and my willingness to return to driving, she made her assessment and also gave me proper referrals to assist me through the process. I recommend her for anyone seeking an excellent SAP case manager that doesn't dig deep into your pockets, but charges the regular flat rates. And believe that I've shopped around for a deal. The prices are fair, yet her abilities and professional attitude and encouragement assisted in me moving forward with the program. All I have to say is Thank you,and thanks again.

Tanya has helped me through my anxiety and helped me manage my major depressive disorder. I always recommend counseling to anyone, but Tanya is the best of the best. She’s honest, kind and really cares about her clients. She makes you feel like more than just a client. If you’re having anxiety or doubts about counseling, just do it because she’ll make you feel so incredibly comfortable.
