Dr. Liu is impersonal, unresponsive, a poor listener, with the demeanor appropriate for assembly line medicine. And that is the kindest, most measured response I can give. I did not think it was appropriate for her to openly criticize the prior physician, who was obviously well-loved and well-respected by both staff and patients. He knew my history; Dr. Liu did not. Trust is everything. For that reason, I’ve only had 3 primary care doctors in 30 years. I have been Dr. Lee’s patient since moving to Texas 6 years ago and will be following him to his concierge practice.

I went in with severe COVID sinus pain… was advised I had TMJ gave no suggestions for nasal spray or anything to treat sinus pain. Or any other suggestions on how to deal with pain and symptoms feeling from COVID. Told to eat health do yoga or Pilates. My muscle fatigue is so bad it’s hard to lift my arms. Wasn’t tested for strep despite indicating my husband currently had it.

Odd visit. Dr was unable to listen to my concerns, think and come to an accurate conclusion that another MD arrived at within a few minutes! Dr Liu focused on 2 unrelated conditions vs my issue at hand that was far more serious than she acknowledged. It was also painfully obvious… I will not see her ever again for any reason!

This was a follow-up visit as the first visit to this urgent care facility had not resolved the problem and in fact the problem had worsened. This doctor prescribed an additional medication after shaming me for a preexisting condition and failing to tell me that the fist complaint had not cleared up but had actually become more widespread. I followed up with a women's health specialist who started me on long term treatment and reassured me that mine was a common problem that was not related to any other health issues. No one should have to endure judgement for a medical problem by a medical professional.
