I'm only giving this star for the few good employees I've come across, and also, I can't write a review without one. My last experience at this ER was horrible! I took a family member in with complaints of a heart attack and explained to them that I could answer all questions needed and that my family member needed to be seen immediately. Well instead of them taking care of the patient first they were more concerned about filling out paperwork and getting a copy of the insurance card. I will never go to this ER again, I will just drive a few more miles and go to Smithville where they always put their patient first

DO NOT GO HERE. My elderly grandfather was admitted to the hospital. They only allowed my grandmother in to see him, due to COVID. She was entirely distraught and tried articulating what has been going on. I was on the phone while this encounter was transpiring. The doctor told my grandmother “I don’t care. I don’t have time for this.” And instead of trying to help my incredibly ill grandfather and completely devastated grandmother, he just walked out of the room. Horrible and incredibly heartbreaking.
