I have had to settle for this cheap doctor's office because I don't have insurance as it is extremely unaffordable these days. Even when you have a job. These people will schedule you for a 10:00 a.m. appointment, tell you to come in 15 minutes earlier but see you an hour and a half later. They'll complain that they only have one provider and you'll be questioning why they even scheduled you an appointment in the first place. My last appointment, was today actually, about a medication that I was given little to no information on just that it'll allow me to lose weight. They have always scheduled a follow up appointment for me after a medication is given to me and last time they didn't. I have been doing so much with my personal life I have not been able to schedule a follow-up appointment that I can actually comprehensively go to. Until last week for today, specifically for a follow up. When I got there they insisted on charging me a $75 consultation which is of course not the most expensive but not cheap especially for someone like me. I have been cordial since the beginning with their bull. I was in a room for over an hour, nearing having to go to work soon, and someone randomly burst through the door and started talking about how they can't refill my prescription. No introduction, I don't even know this person, could've totally walked into office with everyone on. I don't even know if she was a provider herself but definitely was not carrying herself in the way that told me I was having a consultation with her. She said one sentence to me and started opening the door to leave. I started asking questions as to why she couldn't refill my prescription and then she went to explain a little more and then opened the door again ready to leave. I was in complete annoyance, honestly an hour and a half for just one sentence that she was planning to give me? I genuinely was wondering why they charged me for a consultation When this random lady was ready to leave at any point. I went to the front and asked for a refund for a consultation because it literally was a follow-up, she said one thing, and then another, she kept changing up her story as I told her exactly what I did for the last 3 weeks since taking the medication and they just did not want to help me. I left because I didn't want to stress myself out anymore than they already have. An actual star because they served purpose, so if you go in there just to shut up and get out, that'll be good for you.

Últimamente la sala de espera de la joya está súper sucia, no han tenido el debido cuidado al Momento de atender a mis niños, me los han lastimado más de lo que van…no te atienden a la hora de tu cita y si te atienden tienes que esperar más de dos horas…

Mauro We have been with Dr. Murillo for 25 years. When I got my health insurance I decided to stay with them. Got married and had kids and stayed with him. What I love about Murillo's Office is that they will see you with or without an appointment and never turn you away. Yes the wait times are long, but I don't trust anyone else.

Dr. Murillo was very informative and answered all my questions. It is important to have questions ready for the doctor. The staff has done a great job in customer service.

Long wait times I saw Dr Murillo three times. Each time was 46 minutes in the lobby and another 30 minutes in the exam room. Having an appointment makes no difference. I switched doctors - then Murillo’s office charged me $25 to transfer records
