Yes expect to be there a while, this is not a drive thru eye Doctor. They take their time with every patient and that’s what I love about this place. Dr. Grady is the best eye Doctor I’ve ever seen, He takes his time and does not rush in and out of the exam room. Best eye exam experience I’ve ever had, these people really care about their patients. Great staff with the exception of the front desk girls, they are not very friendly. I definitely will continue to see Dr Grady for all my eye care needs.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We came for our annual eye appointment at 9:45 am today and we haven’t left yet! We waited in the back lobby for over an hour before getting moved into an examination room to wait for however long they deem acceptable. Their promptness is surely appreciated by my grandmother who is hooked up to oxygen.

I have been going here for years. Was born with serious eye problems and have had three detached retinas, I have been to specialist and eye doctors all over the country so trust me when I say these guys know what they're doing and are up-to-date on the latest technology/equipment and really give you the feeling they care about you and going into detail checking out your eyes and being very thorough.

This place is a joke. Been here over 2 hours, still not done. 45 minutes in waiting room, then go back, another wait. Finally, done tests. Oops, another 45 minute wait to see doctor. Wow, finally done!

Been going there for 23+/years. I see Johnath Grady now for the past two years. Dr. Frank Grady was my Doctor before I started seeing, Johnathan. Highly recommend these eye Doctors I see been seeing Frank for years. Now Johnathan is my regular Doctor now. Go see him every six months for a check up
