Dr. Matthew was great. He took the time to go over my problem assess the problem took me off some medication’s that the previous doctor had put me on. The staff was fantastic. The PA was great. They were all very nice very professional knew their business and took care of the business professionally. I would recommend anyone with any foot problems or neuropathy or anything else to go to him for his professional care.
Listen to Liz on this one and beware of this practice. Super unethical billing! Yesterday I received a bill for a visit for my daughter. When was the visit? 2/7/2022. Yep over 4 years ago and this is the first time I’m getting the bill. Now my daughter is an adult and they are holding her in collections? What? Oh, and guess what, even if the bill was valid, anything over 4 years can’t be threatened for collection. Seriously want to scare a 19 year old. Boo to this entire practice. I tried calling the office today and was transferred to Stacey who told me because my daughter is now an adult, she can’t give me any information regarding this bill. I informed her Texas has a statute in billing of 4 years. She said it was an over her “pay grade” to speak to me because I wasn’t listed on the Hippa forms filled out 4+ years ago. I can be on the billing but get no information about the visit. She gave me another number to call for the billing. A number not listed on the bill I received, btw. When I reached Medrecovery, they informed me that the Dr Russell Pendleton preformed the visit and initiated this billing. So, waiting 4 plus years after a visit to bill a now adult who received services as a minor? Not only not cool, but illegal and not to mention unethical. The bill isn’t even that much but what if every child who visits this clinic gets a bill when they become an adult for services rendered over 4 years prior? That’s a money maker, right? Send now adults all bills for under $100 each and see who pays. I can’t even. DO NOT go here, especially with children. If I could give zero stars I would. What a way to try and scare a 18 or 19 year old to pay for something that by the way was already paid and settled 4 years ago!!!! More people need to make complaints on this practice and also the unethical practices of companies they hire like MedRecoverySolutions out of Birmingham, AL. The bill was postmarked July 22, 2026 but bill says it’s due on 7/20/2026. What? Oh and services were 2/7/2022!!!!! Watch your mailboxes for random bills 4 plus years after the fact. This is down right illegal but no one in the office would speak on that. This needs to be reported the medical board. So if you get these bills, too, make sure you report.
the best podiatrist and staff any where 👍👍👍😊😊😊😊
Plantar fascitis kicking up again. Feels like walking on broken glass. Professional office staff, 3 pages of the usual paperwork, unavoidable I guess. Arrived on time and seen right away. Dr Pendleton was great, taking the time to explain the different facets of the problem and the various treatments. Prognosis looks good, 3 weeks maybe hiking again. Thanks, all!
Friendly staff and Dr. Thompson is great, accessed my issues with great care and focus before escalating to MRI, etc. I was provided with arthritis medication my first visit and other treatments.
I did a lot of research and word of mouth interviews and the consensus was Dr Thompson was the only doctor in Northern Texas to go see about my foot problem. They were absolutely Right! You don't find too many doctors that are willing to explain what the problem is and the different courses of action that we can take to fix the issue in words you can understand. He did some surgery on my big toe and he has a gift . Thank You so much Dr Thompson and you have a forever patient with my family.
I was supposed to have an appointment but wasn't able to because my doctor was in surgery (which is not a problem). I was called yesterday, I assume, to confirm my appointment but no voicemail was left. I knew my appointment was today at 3pm so I didn't call back yesterday. I received a call around 2:33pm today and was left a voicemail but nothing was left on the voicemail other than background noise. I assumed it was to make sure I was on my way to my appointment so I went to the office. When I arrived the check-in lady was nice and explained to me that my doctor was in surgery and that they needed to reschedule me. I was totally ok with that and rescheduled for next WED @ 3:30pm. After that I was going to finish putting the appointment info in my phone when the lady on the right of the checkout counter proceeds to state that she called me and left a voicemail. The office manager, Stacey, proceeds to add onto the statement that they did call and leave a voicemail. I stated “yes, I did get the voicemail but nothing was on it other than background noise.” I played the voicemail on speaker for them to hear. Stacey stated that “that’s weird”. The lady at checkout also stated “that’s weird but I did call and leave a voicemail.” The check-in lady proceeds to say she could call my phone and make sure my phone number is right. I stated again that “I did get the voicemail but nothing was on the voicemail other than background noise.” After the check-in lady stated she had my appointment down on the schedule, I walked to my car. At this moment when I got in my car I felt like I was ganged up on by the front desk staff for not answering my phone. They made me feel like it was my fault for not knowing that I needed to reschedule before coming to the office because I “got a voicemail.” After I felt upset about the situation, I pulled into a nearby parking lot to call the office. When Stacey picked up the phone, I told her that I was upset about how they handled the situation and reassured her I was not ever upset about rescheduling. I was upset about how I was spoken to about the whole voicemail situation (as if I’m not allowed to miss any of their calls period). Stacey then apologized “Well…I’m sorry you felt that way. That was not our intention.” She then went on to explain a little of their missed call/voicemail policy to me. I stated I understood the policy but it was the way I was spoken to that upset me. Stacey then stated again “well……again..I'm ... .I'm sorry you felt that way but we have you down for your appointment next week and will see you then. We will call you on Tuesday to confirm your appointment and will leave a voicemail if need be. I will also let the girls know about the situation.” I said “ok, thank you.” and proceeded to end the call. I want to preface by saying that I work in healthcare at an OB/GYN as a medical assistant. I totally understand when a provider gets stuck in surgery or gets called out to go deliver a baby and patients need to be rescheduled. As healthcare staff we also should have a level of customer service behind what we do. The staff is also a reflection of the providers you work for. If someone is speaking with a patient, allow them to handle the situation instead of all the front office staff jumping into the conversation. If the staff member needs assistance with an upset patient, allow the staff member to come to you or management for support on taking care of the patient. If the patient missed a call and an actual voicemail with a message to it was left to make the patient aware of the situation, then 9 times out of 10 those patients call back to reschedule due to a scheduling issue or conflict. There should always be 2 forms of contact when reaching out to a patient for documentation purposes. I do not feel like my situation was handled correctly and when I confronted the manager about this I did not feel any kind of remorse for how I was treated.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
