Dr. Kopecky listens, offers suggestions, shares important information and includes my input, preferences and self-knowledge as the patient in developing a treatment plan. He reads and reviews test results before the appointment and is prepared. He is positive and encouraging.

Dr. Kopecky is the best physician I have ever experienced. He is kind, patient and engaged in my health. The office is very well organized. I never have to wait very long to be seen. I never feel rushed during my appointment.

The customer service and the ladies answering your call are not friendly and do not give patients time to discuss the problem. They are very curt and want to hang up as quickly as possible!Dr Kopecky is very good and this is the only reason we continue to come to this facility.

Dr. Kopecky is great! Takes his time and communicates well

Late last year prior to the Coronavirus outbreak, we planned and scheduled a vacation to Vancouver for mid May.  It was easy canceling airfare and lodging reservations ... except for one Airbnb location.  Airbnb wouldn't refund without cause, despite the global pandemic,  because the US-Canadian border was only closed through April.  I'm over 65 with a touch of lung disease and a relatively new pacemaker so I'm a prime target for COVID19-19.   Dr. Kopecky was kind enough to prepare a short note explaining that, due to medical risk, I should not travel until the virus had dissipated or a vaccine was available.   For my wife and I, that 5 minutes of help was worth $600!Dr. Kopecky made that extra effort to assist his patient!!

I can't say enough about Dr. Kopecky and his staff.  This is a fantastic family practice that shows real concern about you and your family's health.   Even with all this virus scare going on, Dr. Kopecky came up with a means to stay in touch with his patients through a video app.  I have had no trouble getting the help I need and when needed.  Use his website to send a message and he will answer you in a very short time.  It seems as if he gets the messages on the spot and does not hesitate to answer or call you if needed.
