Dr. Galan recently saw my son in the hospital. I was given an incorrect diagnosis at an urgent care clinic even though my son is an adult nevertheless fearing the worst I called him to please see my son. My son was transferred via ambulance to Doctors Hospital. That same day Dr. Galan saw my son, cleared up the diagnosis and followed my son during his hospital stay. He was kind enough to call me and update me on everything.As a parent regardless of our children's age ....all I can say is that I can't thank him enough for what he did for my son. Que Dios lo bendiga siempre doctor.

Finally a doctor who was able to diagnose me correctly when no other gastro could find the issue. Very knowledgeable!

horrible staff I had an Is appointment schedule In 2 months .when I arrive to my appointment . the lady didn't have the paperwork ready So I lost my appointment she wanted to reschedule my appointment in 2 more months She doesn't care about the patients she only cares About the the doctor not losing a dime she's very rude

Very unreliable. Met with the Dr's practitioner, Chae Demasiado every time I had an appointment. I never had a meeting with the doctor. Recently, my appointments have been canceled by the doctor FOUR times to a point where I got fed up and looked for another doctor.

Not one to write reviews, but Dr. Galan’s office staff have always been kind and understanding, however the doctor himself continuously cancels my appointments and schedules me for over a month later each time, only to cancel again. I have called on different occasions to let the doctor know that the medications he prescribed are no longer working and to ask if he will order additional testing in the meantime until my appointment day arrives. His only solution is to continue to give me higher doses of the same medication and over the counter medications.. which I have tried as that is the entire reason I am opting to see a specialist. He said to me “if the medication is working I see no reason to test further.” So here I am, struggling with an undiagnosed gastrointestinal issue, no testing being requested, and on the highest dose of a medication that no longer works for me. Don’t go here.

Not a Doctor I would try to see again. The Doctor NEVER attended to my issues. The assistant who was there, Ms. Demasiado seemed to be the one who take care of the business. She was very knowledgeable and saw me all the time. The only time I saw the Dr. was one time during a colonoscopy and he didn't even said good morning. I have heard rumors of his practice but I cannot post them hear unless I can provide proof but I would not recommend this doctor.

Inconsiderate, Arrogant does Not care for his patients at all. Does Not acknowledge you when you try to talk to him or ask him questions.
