The only thing I can really say is incredible. The bedside manner of Dr. Milstein and MJ was amazing. The procedure was painless and so fast. I had horrible vision (-3.25) a week later my vision is 20/15. Can not recommend this office enough.

Dr. Milstein completely changed my life. In less than 24 hours I was able to see clearly again without having to search my house for one of the numerous pairs of cheaters stashed everywhere. I can't thank him and Mary Jane enough for all they have done to change the way I see things. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. It's well worth the visit and surgery to get it done. No regrets except that I waited this long to get it done.

Best experience you could hope for getting your eyes lasered. Walked in blind, walked out still kinda blind, but then was 20/20 less than 24 hours later.

This doctor ruined my eye with a mistake on the laser. Spent a year of him not admitting his mistake. Went to another Dr that did her best to fix his mistake.

Great doctor and staff. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, even with difficult insurance issues. This will be my doctor's office as long as they're there!

Dr. Milstein and his entire staff are professional. They answered all of my questions. The staff was quick to return calls. The staff talked me through all the steps of my LASIK procedure. Dr. Milstein made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure by talking to me. I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I had 2 blood vessels burst on the surface of my eye, as I found out later. It looked terrible, bright red where it should have been white. Needless to say, I was concerned. I called my family practice doctor - couldn't, or wouldn't, see me until next week. Called another doctor - same story. Bankers' hours. So much for some doctors being there to help... I finally called Dr. Milstein's office. They worked me in quickly. Thank you! Dr. Milstein was a gem too. He has excellent examination procedures, and answered with an apparent interest all of my questions. He didn't just rattle off a canned reply. How do I know what goes into making a successful doctor and practice? I used to work for Bausch & Lomb, Soflens Division. I called on ophthalmologists both in private practices and at 2 medical colleges, the University of Michigan and the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. I have seen the gamut of doctors and their practices. Dr. Milstein has a staff and practice to be proud of. I highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Milstein today and loved him. I am visiting from out of town and was diagnosed with Shingles. I have them around my eye and after explaining my concerns of spreading to my eye, Terrance fit me in. I was so grateful to her and how they all treated me. Dr. Milstein was very kind and assured me they had not spread to my eyes. Just nice caring people here. If I lived here, I would definitely want him for my eye care!
