Dr. Lauren Howe and staff are very kind and took great care of my daughter. Lots of concern and solutions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mixed. While I have had a very good experience in the past with Dr Joe, I feel differently with my most recent visit. Before meeting with the Dr, I was asked to sign 3 releases, without even handed the iPad for reading. Once Dr Joe arrived, I found myself having freezing procedure on 4 or 5 sites on my face without given any real explanation beforehand. I attempted to ask questions as the procedure was taking place but was given no real response. As follow-up, I was recommended an option for an additional procedure in the future, however I was given NO paperwork or verbal info for current care of the affected area. None. Also, it was stated aloud as it was documented in writing that I received 7 facial spot treatments, when I can at most see 5. Is this for financial benefit with insurance ? I will consider other options before making another appointment here.
