I was hesitant to move from a place I had gone to for a very long time and decided to make an appointment here. Ashley was amazing, she explained everything to me, gave me my options and the whole experience was top notch. Staff was super friendly the minute I walked in, everyone was very welcoming and the process was organized and seamless. Thank you to the team!

This place was always great to me until they started charging fees to reschedule and deposits to book! I’ve been coming here for 5 years and it’s discouraging. No other place that’s offers these services require this <<<

I really loved my experience with the environment and the staff. They were very welcoming and walked me through the process. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered. Would definitely recommend them for laser hair removal and med spa.

Do not recommend based off business practices. I made an appointment on 1/2/25, and paid the deposit. I went for my appointment after I got off work, and there was no one there. I called numerous times, but got the automated response. I rescheduled the appointment days later and thankfully I still had a Groupon that I used for that visit and then scheduled another session for today. On getting there today, I inquired about the deposit that I paid in January and was initially told it had been refunded. I looked in my account and there’s no refund. So the lady at the front desk contacts her manager Chelsee Obaya, who calls me to inform me the deposit had been forfeited for being a no show on 1/2/25. How? I showed up and I called and got no response. I obviously wasn’t getting anywhere with Chelsee who informed me that I couldn’t speak with anyone in corporate cos Clearstone has no corporate and I couldn’t speak with anyone above her, cos she was it. Seriously. I either need my money back or credited to my account so that I can use it for the purpose I originally intended for. Can someone from corporate who isn’t Chelsee please get in touch? Please and thank you.
