Elitecare Emergency Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Took care of my issues, kind staff. Waited a while but, otherwise a good experience Update: they gave me a doctors note that was not accepted by my place of work and after calling repeatedly for days, they have no record of me in their system

My husband came in after suffering a work-related injury and had an X-ray completed shortly after arriving. Unfortunately, his experience after that was extremely frustrating. He sat in the exam room for over an hour waiting for results and pain relief. During that time, three different staff members checked on him, and each time he asked about pain medication, he was told they would speak with the doctor. Despite this, no one returned with an update, medication, or an explanation for the delay. What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing staff members sitting at the desk on their phones while there were very few, if any, other patients waiting. The doctor walked past the room multiple times without providing any information. When my husband finally went to the desk himself to ask about his X-ray results and pain medication, he was simply told he needed to speak with the nurse. After waiting so long without answers or pain management, he went to his car to get Tylenol for himself. When he returned, he was then told he could not wait in the waiting room even though he had already been waiting in the treatment area and had received no communication regarding his care. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have personally been to this facility several times and have never had an issue. In fact, because of my positive experiences and as someone who works in the medical field myself. I specifically recommended that my husband come here. However, the treatment he received was completely unacceptable. I understand that healthcare can be busy, but communication, compassion, and patient care should never be overlooked. No patient should be left sitting in pain, repeatedly asking for help, and receiving little to no information about their care. This experience was absolutely ridiculous and is something that should not happen to anyone else. I truly hope management addresses these concerns so future patients are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.

This is a great er they got me right in .and the dr was very good if needed again that will be the only er room I go to

Amazing staff and treatment!

NOT IN NETWORK with any insurance! They tell you they accept any insurance, but they bill out of network charges. You will get a huge bill! The doctors are good, but it is unreasonably expensive. The billing department does not cooperate. Not worth it!

staff very friendly and helpful. they did everything as quickly as possible to get me treated and out. thank you all for your hard work. it's appreciated.

I went in with pain and walked out with pain but at least a have paper work and test to bring to the next doctor after hours of already being there not even pain meds 😵

I was in terrible pain when I came in so obviously in a hurry and within 30 minutes of walking in they had me with an IV no longer in pain

Elite truly is the best. Unfortunately we’ve had to come here a few times over the years and they’ve been amazing every single time. Today was no exception. Thank you to Valerie and Jamie for an easy check in, our nurse Craig for an immediate evaluation and explanation of next steps, Nina for making my son feel like a rock star during his CT, and Dr. Koussayer for the fist bump when delivering good news from the radiology report. My son laughed and said the fist bump was cool. Everyone there is always so kind and reassuring, especially with my kids. It goes such a long way. Thank you!
