My experience at Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the entire team made me feel so welcomed. Landry was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. Josephine was equally incredible—so kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Together, they made my experience seamless and enjoyable. I left feeling confident, cared for, and so happy with my results. Highly recommend Luxe and their amazing team!

After being out of town a few days to assist my grandson getting settled for his first year of college, I noticed I felt very tired and under the weather. By the next morning- I was feeling horrible. Could not stop throwing up. I’ve never felt that bad. As the day wore on and the vomiting continued - I was starting to panic. I couldn’t keep down a sip of water - Gatorade- or Ginger Ale. I reached out to my niece who quickly connected me with Luxe Wellness. They were at my home promptly. My nurse, Savannah, was incredible. Asking a few questions- she got me started on an IV. Checking in with her NP- she was able to suggest some additions to this solution. Within an hour- I felt so much better. For the first time in hours - the nausea subsided. This was my first experience with an at home IV Treatment. I highly recommend Luxe Wellness and plan to learn more about other services they offer. Thank you Luxe and Savannah. You are so appreciated.

The service during the visit was fine until it was time to check out. They have Care Credit and Cherry financing advertised all over the lobby. However, when I went to hand over my Care Credit card, they tried telling me that it was going to be a $50 charge to use it! Never in my eight or so years of having it and probably 7-10 places I’ve used it, have I EVER been charged a fee to use it. That immediately sent up red flags because nowhere with all their signs does it say this and by then the services have been rendered. So I hand over a credit card instead and they never told me that this also was going to include a fee that they charge, so there again was an almost $9 fee added on to my bill that they DID NOT mention beforehand. Then to makes matters even worse, they were VERY pushy about not letting me leave until I scheduled for a next session, NOT the follow up, even when I kept telling them I wasn’t sure what my schedule was going to be. I scheduled just to leave and then called the next day to cancel. Very shady about extra fees that they add on last minute and nice until you try to walk away from something. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.
