Cuz I was 10 min late for my ultra sound very unprofessional of them I have to work & this economy is crazy they made miss 2 hours of work just cuz I was at the wrong location & no number to call they could of have given me the opportunity to take me in it’s not like they are always on time ask for a manager no where to be found what kind of place are they running ?
i love how they treat patients so well and are always caring and kind for patients. i just got home from memorial hermann houston and they did so well on my baby sister. ill be looking forward to seeing yall soon!!
MRI LAB IS A JOKE, 2 different techs were unable to start an IV for MRI w/contrast, then disrespectful when I expressed discomfort while they dug around in my arm (with a needle) looking for a vein. "Do you want to have this test or not?" replied the 2nd incomp! Who talks to a Cancer patient like that???
If I could, I would rate this broken, wack, so called emergency room ZERO STARS!!!! REASON: My wife came in because all of a sudden she has horrible headache, vomiting and she couldn’t eat/drink anything! She wanted to figure out what’s going on. “Their SO CALLED RESOLUTION”>>>> treat her for just the time being at 1pm, and rush her out the door without EVEN TRYING TO DO THE NORMAL PROCEDURES THAT EVERY PATIENT COMING IN SHOULD GET (weigh in, check blood pressure agin before releasing her). THE MAIN ISSUE I HAVE FOR THIS >>>waste of money EMERGENCY VISIT >>>>that cost a -$200 copay PLUS what they get paid on the back end for having insurance. I ASSUMED BEING A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, they would AT LEAST TRY FIGURE OUT WHAT caused this to HAPPENED TO MY WIFE. BUT!!!!>>>>>>ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE MY WIFES WORD FOR NEEDING AN IV for fluids, and gave her temporary pain relief. They also did not PRESCRIBED NO MEDICATION, and I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSED HER TO HAVE ALL THESE ISSUES since NO TEAT WERE RUN FOR FIGURE OUT CAUSE SYMPTOMS!!! What’s the point of going to an emergency room if the staff is not willing to find out cause of symptoms before sending patients out the door. THEY MIGHT AS WELL JUST WORK AS A PCP (primary care physician) because they only know general care! I had a better chance with any urgent care to get better assistance than this place! MCDONALDS HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Really good service, with a short wait.
They bill your insurance as though they are a hospital (when they're not) because they're under the Memorial Hermann umbrella. My bill was outrageously expensive and I got a follow up unexpected bill. I'm going through a miscarriage. I came in for an ultrasound because UT Physicians downtown was booked for the week and they recommended a Memorial Hermann location because they share data/ patient information. This was the closest to me. My out of pocket for the ultrasound at UT Physicians was $50. Here it was $360. Apparently they bill like a hospital but still advertise like a convenient care center. Shady and predatory but unfortunately that's where the medical system is today. No one could explain why/ no one offered payment plans or financial assistance to someone clearly in distress about a $300 bill. Lots of staff laughing and joking behind the desk. I was so frustrated I laid into the front desk staff and a manager before realizing neither of them have any control about how the company bills patients. (Sorry, guys, rough day.) My mom convinced me to go back in because I really did need imaging. Made the decision to never come back after I got my ultrasound. On the way back to the room, though the ultrasound tech said something along the lines of "missed abortion, or what?" Ugh. She was just getting history I guess, but it was loudly in an area where other patients were. Also, when I told her I was in pain she said she had to push hard to get the right angles. Didn't feel reassured or taken care of. Sad because until this facility everyone I'd been to was really nice and professional. The icing on the cake was when I got another bill from some random radiology company for the *interpretation* of my ultrasound. That was another $133. Over $500 for a procedure that would have been $50 somewhere else AND I had a sh***y experience. Already took the survey they sent me so maybe they'll actually do something about it. Don't recommend either way.
Dear Dr. Santpurkar I just wanted to sincerely thank you for your prompt response regarding the medication and referral. Your quick action and support mean more to me than I can express. Over the years, you have come to my rescue so many times I’ve truly lost count. I honestly don’t know what I would do without your care and guidance. Please know that your dedication never goes unnoticed. My family and I are incredibly grateful that I have a doctor like you. Thank you once again for everything you do. I am deeply appreciative. With heartfelt gratitude, Bert Saunders
Did not have a good experience. Anise was not rude but was very unhelpful. I was late to my appointment by 10 min and was turned away. Of course the lesson for me is don’t be late.. when I asked if they could transfer my Refferal to a closer location to my home they denied me.. very odd.. Not easy to get in touch with a live person to call if I need to reschedule also as they initially canceled my first appointment.
I had the WORST experience at ER Southwest location - they charged my insurance (and me) $5500 for ONE needle prick, ZERO eye contact, putting me in a chair & ignoring me / treating me differently when I requested a female nurse . . .🤬🤬🤬
If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my husband here after experiencing sudden onset vomiting, uncontrollable shaking, confusion, blue mouth blue fingers. Well the nurses tried to diagnose him with the flu in the 1st 5 minutes of being there. Ran labs did ekg chest xray ct of abdomen. White blood count came back at 20000. Pushed 2 liters of fluid brought his hr down to about 120. With the lowest of 104( happened once) and it’s what they put on his discharge papers.Doctor came in and said well there’s nothing medically wrong with him so we are gonna discharge him. Then I get the discharge papers it says that he was seen for cough congestion and fever and is being diagnosed with a viral upper respiratory infection. I’m sorry but the last time I checked. HE NEVER COMPLAINED OF COUGH OR CONGESTION.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
