Next Level Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Went in for a broken toe and basically left with a $200 ibuprofen prescription. The lady at the front desk and the guy that took my vitals were very nice. But, I feel like I wasted so much money when I could have done the same thing at Walmart for a fraction of the cost.

I was very pleased with the service. Timoteo did the suave for Covid testing and was very gentle.The staff was very courteous. I definitely recommend them.

This was my first visit since Next Level took over. They were wonderful. They greeted me with a smile, took care of my check in quickly. Everyone was so nice and efficient. A truly pleasant experience. As I left (I was the only patient) I saw the whole staff hanging out together and having a great time waiting for more patients to arrive. The mark of a good business is if the employees enjoy it. Highly recommend. Next Level is SO MUCH BETTER than the company previously in this location.

Being very new to the area and catching covid, I was VERY pleased to have brought my business to Next Level Urgent care in League City.  Ms Twilley and crew deal with this daily and they do it well, thouroughly and with the most refreshing positive attitude I believe I've ever experienced from a healthcare crew (of course, I just moved from an HMO in CA, lol).  I arrived in the late afternoon and expected to maybe get tested that day, but the crew saw to it that I got treatment, a prescription and was sent home amazed, THAT EVENING!  I now feel amazing and can attribute it to their care.

My first experience at this location Next Level was simply bc I was on that side of town when I needed care for my 2 year old. I was blown away by the kindness showed right from the front desk check in. My daughter was seen and checked out quickly!5 months later when I needed to take her to urgent care, I drove 30 minutes just to take her here. I cannot say enough how wonderful the entire staff is. They genuinely care for their patients. I came in with a sick child, but the staff noticed I was crying and they showed me love and compassion as well! I cannot thank them enough! With 4 kids all under 10, we are what seems to be frequent flyers to urgent cares and I will always drive the 30 minutes for this one!! 5 stars isn’t enough♥️

This is the worst place to get any help. Went for an open fractured toe last Wed, got stiches and now a week later, after waiting 2 hrs yesterday in their wait room, to be told they will let me know when I can have the the stiches they put in. We'll today is Thurs, and I made an appointment at 9:40 this morning. No call, no text, no one can tell me what I'm to do with my stiches

David Bonn was the doctor that we saw and we couldn't be any happier with how he handled everything. I brought my 8 year old son into the urgent care and he was crying in pain. Dr. David was very calm and patient with him as well as all of their amazing nurses. After many tests he looked at me and said that he is sure that he has appendicitis and that I needed to take him to the ER immediately. Of course I listened to him and took him to the ER. After their tests they confirmed it and he had the surgery. If Dr. David wouldn't have caught it things could be very different for my son. He also then Diagnosed me with Covid and made sure I had everything and every treatment that I needed to get better ASAP. I would recommend him to anyone!!

LOVE Next Level Urgent Care and especially this location. All staff members I've spoken to have been extremely kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Do not go here. The nurse was very rude. Then when they went to administer the Covid test they went so far up my husbands nose he was bleeding. He was wincing in pain and the nurse responded with “are you going to let me finish?” He’s still in a lot of pain hours after the test and we are debating on what we need to do for his pain. The other “doctor” who came in was of no help to us. The service was horrible and clearly no bedside manner. If you are looking for a Covid test and wanting a lobotomy at the same time this is the place for you.

I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews. This place was a positive hopeful environment and actually gave me TREATMENT for covid-19. Thank you for caring for me so well! I was blessed to drive an hour out of my way to come here.
