List of Little Land Play Gym's Reviews
Stopped by with my 2 years old and we just walked out 5 minutes later. Staff was not nice at all. We love Little Land Austin and wanted to support other Little Land. We will never go to the one in Leander again!
Son loves the sensory place
I will not bring my children here until their mask policy is lifted for all ages. My children need to see my face and the face of others at all times.
I have a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. They both love LL. Perfect place to take em on cloudy cold rainy days or just maybe when it's muddy or too hot out and you don't want to go to the park. Lots of fun activities for them to do and plenty of opportunities for exercise and play with toys. We go regularly.
Just had my daughters 2nd birthday this weekAnd it went WONDERFULLY! It is a cute slice of the thinkery museum just to get an idea. Small but has all sorts of activities for almost all ages to play. I had a group of ages ranging from 8 months up to 12 year old kids and no one was bored ( even the adults were having fun). The kids were sad to leave and just wanted to keep playing. I will Probably have my other child’s birthday here bc it was such a nice experience. The plus here is the facility is booked for only your party guests.
Enough to keep our toddler entertained for 2 hours so it served the purpose. Although it was pretty small. Not a big deal.
Edited Reply to the owner: That makes complete sense to me and I am glad you have this policy. What I needed yesterday was for someone to explain that, I would have understood completely. In the future I will check the page and will be back again. My family used to live close to this location and would go frequently, my 2 1/2 year old daughter loved the ball pit and never had a problem. We now live in pflugerville and my daughters preschool was closed on Friday. I thought this would be a great time to ask her what she wanted to do and she immediately said ball pit. The night before we talked about it, and I looked online to make sure they were open, it said they close at 7. After a 30 min drive we finally arrived at Little Land at 4pm. Walking up I noticed a sign that they close at 330 for parents night out. I asked if it was possible to let her play for just 15-30 min and they immediately said no. I said she had her heart set on it and I would we willing to pay the parents night out rate. They proceeded to see if there was a spot open I could pay for, there was BUT they stated I would not be allowed to stay for even 15 minutes, I would have to drop her off and leave. I had to tell my daughter we could not go, it was hard for her to understand seeing other kids playing why she couldn't. I was extremely upset and still am. For a company that strives to provide a safe, fun environment I couldn't believe there was NOTHING they could do. My daughter left crying while they held the door open for us to leave.
So much fun! This was our first time but we will definitely be back. Our daughter is 15 months and they have activities and different structures for all ages and abilities of toddlers.
Edited review: Having an first impression experience that was not friendly with the worker lady, I decided to go back and it was wonderful! The place is clean and cool and my 2 year old son enjoyed everything! The owner arrived and is extremely friendly and I am so glad we gave it another chance!
Drove over to have my daughter play, we normally go to the North Austin location. Upon getting there I told the girl at the front we had passes we have used at another location, we got online. I asked her to look to see if we are into the system so we could enter. She had me fill a form out first before she would even look. We couldn't use our passes there and left. It would have been more convenient for her to just see if she could find us while my daughter was squirming around wanting to play. I won't be buying any more passes and will probably discontinue going to all Little Lands, it's just not a good business model, in my opinion, to not use passes at all locations.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
