I've been a customer here for years, and I can't praise Dr. Porter and her team enough. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else! Beyond providing exceptional services, visiting her office is always an enjoyable experience. Dr. Porter has an uncanny ability to tailor treatments to your exact needs, while making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is a genuine soul and I’ve never felt more at home, while inside of a business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I went to WrinkleFree MD Med Spa because I was following a particular nurse, Ms. Caitlin, who just started working there! Caitlin is an amazing nurse injector and Dr. Porter introduced herself and was so friendly and personable. I felt completely at ease and it was so nice to see Caitlin again. I don’t trust just anyone to put a needle in my face! I recommend both Cautlin and WrinkleFree Med Spa without hesitation!

Cat is the best injector hands down! She's so personable and knowledgeable, you can tell she really loves what she does! I've followed her for years now and probably will forever!

Gotta give credit where it’s due and this team is IT! I came in for a consultation after an inquiry online and they were on it from the jump. Was able to fit me in next day at a convenient time and answer any and all questions I had. Everyone was knowledgeable and made me feel pretty comfortable in doing so. I transparently was concerned about their offerings for African American males with my melanin being a factor but Dr Porter and Nurse Sharader gave me some viable options to consider. Give this team a try and tell em TJ sent ya.

I absolutely love everything about the treatments I have had here. The staff is kind and accommodating and Dr. Porter is amazing. I highly recommend WrinkleFree. It has been a great experience for me.

Dr. Porter and her staff are the best and the nicest people you will ever meet!! I met Dr. Porter when she first started her Med Spa practice in a small studio in Georgetown and I still go to her today, 5 or 6 years later. My first hormone pellet appointment she spent over an hour with me explaining in detail how my thyroid works, or doesn't work at that time, and how the pellets would help me. I was doing so well that my endocrinologist said I didn't need to see them anymore that Dr. Porter was doing a great job at keeping my numbers stable. Dr. Porter really listens to any concerns you may have, and will answer all questions. She is also pretty funny and very down to earth, I love our conversations and that she really cares about me and my health. Not too long ago I was going on a trip and miscalculated how many pills I had left and I didn't have enough to get me through my trip and my prescription wasn't going to get in before I left. She said no problem and gave me an enough samples to get me through my trip. I totally trust Dr. Porter with all procedures I have, she is truly the best and if she opened a general physician practice, I would be first in line to be one of her patients. PS: Her anniversary parties are the best also, so much fun and lots of goodies and specials, she really goes all out for her patients.

This review is long overdue and my first review ever. I've been going to Dr Porter for a few years now and she is the absolute best! She takes the time to really get to know you, doesn't pressure treatments that you may not need, and is brilliant at what she does. I fully trust her and will never go anywhere else. And a Plus, her staff is just as amazing! The atmosphere is always great. I love her and you will too!!

If you're looking for a med spa that feels like home, then this is the one! Dr. Porter is down to earth and really cares about you and your goals whether its sexual wellness or anti-aging. Dr. Porter has treated me with PRP also and her medical assistant Sabrina is so amazing with blood draws. So gentle and no bruising! Jenna is the Aesthetician there and my skin has improved greatly under her care! I love the BBL laser and Moxi combo. And Amy, the office manager, is always very welcoming! Love these ladies!

So everyone at the office that I dealt with was super nice but I spent $1000 on bbl forever young and did not get the outcome I was hoping for. I went in for an evaluation they took pics in a machine that tells you what the age of your skin is and how much sun damage you have. Well the test came back telling me my skin showed as 4 years younger than my actual age which I was happy about, mind you this was before any treatments. I then had 3 bbl treatments and again had another test done, the results were very disappointing. It came back showing my skin at only 1 year younger than my age and the only difference I saw was that my skin was a little lighter all my spots were still there and computer said my skin was older than before all my treatments!! This was so discouraging. I expected to be less than when I first came in. That being said I would not recommend this procedure, also after 2 of the treatments the Esthetician burned some of my eyebrow hair so I was not a happy camper!!

I have lost some weight, resulting in a loss of fullness in my face. Dr Porter suggested using Sculptra to encourage collagen growth. I am thrilled with the results so far and looking forward to the next treatment. I would recommend Sculptra and Dr Porter to everyone.
