Everytime that my family or I visit CareNow we receive Excellent Service. And we appreciate that this facility is located so close to our home in the city of Lewisville. It surprises me that they only have a 2.7 Google Rating. But, you must remember that it is alot easier to write a bad review when your mad then to have the ones who had received Excellent Service to stop and write a Excellent Review. So, this is what is happening at this CareNow facility the ones who received Excellent Care need to stop and write a Excellent Review and tell everyone about their experience. The Staff and Doctors have always been very nice and professional.

My 4 year old came in for an ear infection and this facility didn't know how to properly examine his ears. They perscribed ear drops without even being able to see inside the ear. The drops weren't effective for a middle ear infection. My sons ears were completely engulfed in pus and our pediatrician said she couldn't understand why they couldnt see that, they were negligent.
