What an amazing office staff, we came with hardly any prior knowledge of what we needed and they walked us through the process and we left with a clear mind and reassured.

I was referred to this office . I have herniated disc and bulging disc in neck and back. I scheduled appointment. They called called to reschedule. Called agin to reschedule. Make it to appointment, waited an hour just to be told, they do not have to correct referral. I need one from my PCP not another specialist. Got the correct referral. Scheduled appointment. Appointment reschedule by Dr office. Appointment reschedule by dr office.. Appointment reschedule by dr office. They rescheduled and then called back the same day to reschedule again. I said that is ridiculous. If you have to keep rescheduling new patients evidently you have to many patients. Then I was told I should be patient from my dr. Why should I be when this dr is trying to see the whole state. I think if you have to reschedule a new patient more than once, you definitely have too many. And if the new patient comes in and there is over 10 people waiting and they have been waiting for over an hour, you are scheduling to many in one day. I my opinion. Now I am starting all over again!!!!

Waited an 1 1/2 hours and the doctor came in for maybe 5 minutes. Not my choice

I am writing to express my profound gratitude to Dr. Turner, Ms. Erin P.A and to all the staff for the beyond exceptional care you provided during my surgery and recovery. I truly appreciate how Dr. Turner and Ms. Erin (PA) took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Your compassionate approach and professionalism made a frightening experience manageable, and your dedication to your patients is evident. I really THANK YOU BOTH FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK. To Ms. Alaura and staff, i really appreciate y’all!! When it comes to scheduling, visits and paperwork. You guys are sooo amazing. Y’all make my life easier dealing with UNUM and work. Dr. Turner seen me in the hospital August 2,2025, was called to find out why my legs were weak any numb more than usual after a SCS implanted. He ordered a MRI, couldn't have one because the SCS requires special settings not available, he order a CT Myelogram, the technician performing it could not do it. He ordered CT scan was didn't show him the soft tissue. So I requested the removal of the SCS so we could get the MRI he wanted, couldn't do that because the hospital gave me aspirin. HE told me to stop the aspirin and see him in his office on August 5th, appointment was canceled because he was I'll, I went to reschedule and they called me back and said I would need to go to the hospital and get the CT CD where they could compare it to my old scans, this is a new policy with his office. Dr.Turner himself told me the CT was useless because it didn't show soft tissue which would seem having it from the hospital is kind of a mute point plus the fact he told me not to drive. I explained to his staff that he was going to remove the SCS when I was in the hospital but the hospital gave me aspirin so we had to wait and that I was instructed to follow up with him the following Tuesday but their new policy wouldn't allow me to see him because I didn't have a non-essential CD which he said didn't help him. I did excatly what he said but apparently his staff is not on the same page he is. And I will add that I was discharged from the hospital with incomplete diagnosis of my condition.

I should have believed all the negative reviews. This was the most disappointing and dismissive medical appointment I have ever experienced. I would give zero stars if I could except it was very easy to schedule so there’s 1 star for that. Expect a long wait time and extremely short visit despite nobody else being in the building. I left more confused about my condition than I was when I came. Awful bedside manner and zero follow up after the test he ordered. Thankfully I also had results sent to my primary care who let me know what the head CT said. Do not recommend coming here at all. Now I’m starting over to find a surgeon.

I arrived punctually for my appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM. Upon my arrival, the waiting room was empty. I was promptly escorted to the examination room, where the staff member documented my concerns for the visit. However, by 3:30 PM, I was still waiting without any consultation from the doctor. I decided to leave the room and inquired at the front desk about the possibility of rescheduling, given that I had already waited for an hour. The staff member looked at me as if I were unreasonable. After asking for my name, she informed me that there was one patient ahead of me. I explained that I had been waiting for an hour without any visit and that I needed to return to work. Once again, without standing up, she rudely reiterated that there was one person ahead of me. I then indicated that I would prefer to reschedule for another time and began to exit. As I was leaving, she mentioned that she still had my driver's license and insurance card and asked if I wanted them, again in a rude manner. I am surprised that she had retained them for the entire hour. Neither the office manager nor the doctor reached out to apologize for the inconvenience I experienced. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment at this facility.
