Im for ever greatful to Medical City Lewisville these guys are all super heroes the Staff is the best Ive ever experienced and Ive been in and out of hospitals for a long timethis hospital is clean organization to detail the nurses here are super Stars 🤩 thanks for giving me my life back and not giving up on me or judging me nope just total top patient care 💯 I will be living a healthy life to because they dont just make you better they guide your every step to better health yes its that good Im so impressed with everyone so thankful I came.

Such a great experience. My checkin was so quick and efficient. My nurse that prepped me for my surgery was just AWSOME. I felt very taken care of. It was a great experience all the way around. Thanks for all you guys do

Had 2” cut on head. Took immediately for CT but waited 2 hours and told still 2 before us for doctor. Never got results of CT. We left and went to another ER and got staples in 30 minutes Unacceptable for an ER

I had an unexpected trip to the Emergency Room at Medical City Lewisville on Oct 20. I got quick and excellent care from the all staff but want to mention 3 specifically. My 2 nurses Trystan and travel nurse Jordan both of these women were terrific in their professional skills and their demeanor. Also want to thanks my physician Dr. Close his communication was easy to understand and concise. From beginning to end the experience was terrific and reassuring thank you

Highly recommend giving birth at Medical City Lewisville. We had the best nurses doctors and care teams. Very professional and clean hospital. I would give birth there again.

We saw Dr Bontreger he was rude he didn’t wanna check my baby who had been burning up with fever because she kept crying he left out the room and said one of the nurses would be in he didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns I’ve had better treatment from previous visits from different doctors that I’ve seen I asked for a 1800 number that I didn’t have an option of speaking with anyone

The team in CCU literally saved my life. I dont remember the whole first week. I was teetering on the brink of death. They pulled me back from the abyss. Ill be forever grateful.
