She always listens to every question I have about my son and her staff is super friendly every time we go in for an appointment . She is an amazing pediatrician I’m glad I was recommended to her office !

Before we moved from out of state, my children saw MY OWN pediatrician from when I was a child! Which was really amazing and comforting because I had full faith and trust in that doctor. After we moved to Texas the search was on to find a doctor our family could trust and rely on as much as we did our previous Pediatrician and without a doubt we have found that at Cook Children's with Dr. V.Even when they're sick, my kiddos love to go see Dr. Varughese! She's always kind, attentive, knowledgeable and she truly listens. We never feel rushed or dismissed, and the office never fails to get us in immediately even if it's just a minor thing like a sore throat. I can't say enough about Dr V and her staff. We are so lucky to have found them.

Dr. Varughese is absolutely wonderful! She is always calm, considerate, and extremely caring with my two sons. You can tell that she loves what she does, a true professional! She offers great advice and always answers my many questions thereby putting me at ease. I completely trust her guidance with my babies. She's always up to date on the latest treatments and guidelines. I'm so glad we met her at a class almost three years ago. From her care to the office staff, we will not go anywhere else. Dr Varughese is one of the kind and the best. She listens to every small question and has answer for everything. She is taking care of our son and we trust her. Even if he has a problem and I can't go to the clinic I just send her an email and within minutes I have the solution. I recommend Dr Varughese to all families.

We love Dr Varughese! She is always kind and professional. She always listens to my concerns about my daughter, and takes the time to explain things and offer suggestions to any problems we may have. You can tell that she enjoys her patients and truly cares about their well being. She offers an after-hours nurse hotline, which we have used a few times. Each time, her office called us the next morning to check on my daughter. The office staff is polite and caring also. I would highly recommend Dr Varughese as a pediatrician!

Dr. Varughese and her staff are amazing! They feel like an extension of the family! I never have trouble scheduling appointments (even on short notice) and I am always in and out quickly -- Much appreciated when you've got a little one. Dr. Varughese is kind, smart and professional. As a medical professional myself, I was very disappointed with the care my newborn daughter and Husband received at her 1st doctors visit. I was not going to write a review, but when my husband received a phone call from Dr. Varughese this morning accusing him of writing a negative review & demanding we take it down- I had to share the bad taste this office left in my mouth. FIRST: Instead of asking why we are changing providers & how they could change our experience to a positive one, she was more focused on how someone else's negative review would "affect their business". SECOND: We received what she called advise on safe sleeping, to not swaddle our newborn ( the hospital we delivered at swaddles!). THIRD: Also some advise to wake her up to feed her every hour due borderline jaundice diagnosis. We got a second opinion from a nicu-nurse, ER doc, and new pediatrician they all agreed that this dangerous to mom and unnecessary to baby. But hey, at least she was nice in person.

Dr. Lizy provides state-of-the-art care for every patient in a lovely office environment with friendly and responsive staff. The office is well-run, organized and efficient. She is an amazing person and we fully trust my daughter's health with her. She is a great listener and gives us great advice. Just an excellent, caring doctor who cares about her patients. Thank you!
