Martha Cecile Storrie Md's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr Storrie for a bladder condition that I had previously been treated for twice (by a doctor in her practice that had retired) with a short term medication that was effective both times and had not reoccured for over 8 years. She would not even consider that treatment and sent a very sarcastic email through My chart, very unprofessional.

Dr Storrie is an excellent doctor. She takes time to explain symptoms, conditions, issues. She understands the full body and explains how one issue can impact the urinary tract. She cares about your overall health. Years and years ago another urologist told me “Martha Storrie is ahead of her time”. She was and is. I highly recommend her.

Very personable and knowledgeable. She explains everything and doesn’t act like she is in a hurry. I was very nervous about being there and she made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a urologist. A rare find these days!!!!

Dr. Storrie was very thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to go over my test results in detail to make sure I had a clear understanding of them. More than that though, she was refreshingly warm and personable and made me feel immediately at ease! It's nice to meet such a rare doctor and I highly recommend her!

Excellent and very professional service provided in a very friendly atmosphere. - Dr. Storrie is compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough by cataloging all pertinent information of the patient's medical history. There is no rush in the consutation time, and she listens supportively. She has a most welcoming staff and nursing assistant. The waiting time was very short. I highly recommend Dr. Storrie to anyone needing a five star + urologist!

Very short wait time-excellent and very welcoming, friendly reception by the staff, nurse and Dr. Storrie-she is professional with knowledgeable and thorough cataloging of pertinent medical information about my health history-giving accurate advice and prescription of treatment and therapy for diagnosis of any urological condition. There was no rush during consultation, and she allowed plenty of time in listening to my questions-it was an atmosphere of compassion and confident support. I highly recommend Dr. Storrie to anyone needing an excellent urologist.

Excellent! She was very compassionate regarding my issues that are not urology related and helped me find appropriate follow up as well as sending the referral. I never felt rushed during the visit.

Dr. Storrie is a gentle soul with a talent at being direct and to the point yet full of compassion and thorough all at the same time. I was hesitant, as a guy, at going to see Dr. Storrie for the first time however she very quickly made me extremely comfortable with her as a person and as a professional. If there was a sixth star to give, I'd give it. I highly recommend Dr. Storrie for anyone.

Dr. Storrie ranks as one of the best doctors I've ever visited. She's prompt, never more than a 10 minute wait. A good listener and does not make you feel rushed. Always has options for treatment and explains each one thoroughly. She certainly helped resolve my health problems. The staff is always friendly. I have recommended Dr. Storrie to my friends and family.

She's a liar and lied to me about my CT scans, clips another doctor left inside me in a botched operation. She didn't disclose focal scarring from a lacerated kidney to me. She called my provider during another appointment to rant about me. She belittled my appearance in my UT Southwestern Mychart photo, telling me her staff could take a better picture since my hair was no longer blonde. To add insult to injury and told me not to pursue the past because it was only going to hurt me. Which coming from a doctor I perceived as a threat.
