Saw Dr Saing today for problems with my knees. I arrived early as requested to complete some paperwork since this was my visit. Wow there was a lot to do. Glad I came prepared with ALL my info!! I was called in at appointment time and taken for x-rays by a very pleasant and helpful technician. Then off to a room where Vicki came in to ask questions and take vitals. The doctor wasn’t too far behind and went right into my issues. He was patient, full of pertinent info, reviewed the x-rays with me and gave me several options to move forward. I had questions about some things and he gave me clear and thoughtful answers. I felt cared for and heard. Very nice experience with a clearly caring doctor. So nice to see someone who is so professional. His staff was friendly and attentive also!

I would recommend Dr. Saing and his support experts. They are a fantastic team. I am an 80 yr old lady and a faller. I recently fell (again) and broke 3 bones in my elbow. Dr Saing successfully operated on my breaks and fractures. Follow up visits with his PA Christina Luu provided excellent continuous care during the healing process.

Dr. Saing is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. He did a total knee replacement for me and did a great job! I would highly recommend him and Texas Bone and Joint.

I've been having shoulder pain for a while now and finally decided to get it checked out. I called Texas Bone and Joint and got an appointment the same week. Once I arrived for my appointment the staff was very professional and I was in and out in record time. Dr Saing did a great job explaining the issue and outlining a treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Saing and Texas Bone and Joint to any one needing Orthopedic or Sports Medicine care. And for those on Tricare they are a Tricare network provider.

Dr. Minn Saing. I try to make appt with you. Your nurse said you didn't have any appt til next month. So she referred me ro Drew Ratner.He was ruged to me. Very rough taking off slint that emergency room put on. I told him he was hurting me . He didn't easy up. My wraist was very painful. He said they didn't send me x ray on your wraist. But i was so unhappy. Next time i will wait. Unsatisfied patient.

Just made to the office for my appointment and the doctor is not here know one in his office bother to call me. The receptionist tried to send me to Denton to see another dr. She said that they didn't have a number to call me when I just call them yesterday to confirm my appointment. So sick of these half train people at these offices.

I was a patient for a small broken bone that required 2 visits, and I highly recommend Dr. Saing and TBJ Lewisville. The office is nice, new and clean; the staff is welcoming, professional and efficient; scheduling is on time and I had little to no wait for my appointments; and Dr. Minn Saing was so nice, patient, knowledgeable, and he took the time to listen to my questions and answer them to my satisfaction. I needed some x-rays, and my transition of care to the friendly Medical City Lewisville imaging team was easy and smooth.

Dr. Saing made me feel at ease and explained the condition I had very well. We went over options and both felt a conservative approach to the issue was the best. I left the office feeling good about the approach and much better about the road to recovery. I would recommend Dr. Saing, and I thought his staff were professional and easy to work with.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Saing, and was a little nervous because of the current health crisis we find ourselves in today. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be. Dr. Saing and all the staff at Texas Bone and Joint in Lewisville were extremely friendly and professional and put my concerns to rest. Safety practices were adhered to and a genuine concern for my visit was shown. Everyone was just wonderful and I couldn't have asked for better care. I was also very impressed when a another patient arrived for his appointment and was quite rude to the ladies who were checking him in. I would have not handled the situation as nicely as they did, he was really out of line, but was treated with respect and never once did they lose their composure or treat him badly. Thank you to everyone, I appreciate you and know that I will not hesitate or be anxious on my next visit. I feel safe at Texas Bone and Joint.

Dr. Saing took the time to listen to my daughter and investigate for the best recovery outcome. The entire staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Saing to friends and family.
