The labor and delivery and postpartum nurses are amazing! Food is OK, plenty of healthy options. Definitely recommend over Texas Health for having a baby. The patient rooms are not as big or fancy but you are given more choice and options and the level of care is amazing.
My sister had surgery and I was trying to get through to her. Every time I call I'm lost in an eternal loop with the same recording. I gave up. My sister was finally able to call me and relayed how horribly she was being treated by the night nurse. Run to anywhere but here
Worst experience I ever had. Would not tell me what's going after test, after test. They kept 24 hours more than needed or a simple 5 minute tests. Talk about Milking Medicaid and Medicare. Did not tell me my test results until I checked out on my own. Duh, about time. Wanted to keep me a another nigjt. For what?
Delivered my baby girl there this month of November.Amy in labor and delivery was so amazing and Rachel in postpartum and recovery was the absolute best! They made for a great experience bringing my baby girl in the world and the rest of the staff too was so very attentive to me and my baby girl! Thank you so much!
The laboratory was very fast and courteous. The whole experience was very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
Staff all patient and kind.. food excellent. All good.
The worst hospital stay in 50 years,
My general physician ordered me to go directly to emergency at Lewisville medical city. I went and at 1st all went well. The doctor I dealt with was Dr. Jay Allport, DO. they ran a battery of tests and my general physician who sent me there called ahead to ER to tell them my symptoms and she wanted them to do a CT scan for my lower intestinal tract. They were reluctant but did it finally. Suddenly, after I returned from the CT scan room and gave a urine sample there was a immediate rush to get me out of ER. My friends had left for the night, I have no family. There was no way I could drive in the condition I was in. I was lethargic, exhausted, could not sit up on the hospital bed without help, I could not stand. I have no idea what happened but the next thing I knew I was being moved Into a wheelchair and shoved into the ER waiting room where I was to wait for an UBER to come get me! Some hospital staff in ER got me to the Uber car, the driver did not know Lewisville at all, was confused how to read the map app. I got to my place, where I had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my place!!! I will never go back to Lewisville med city. My new cardiologists are at presby. Plano. Thats a long way from Lewisville, but no way will I go thru what I did at Lewisville med city. I give med city ER department a rare , 'golden middle finger award' for my treatment there!!! Burn in hell Dr. Allport and staff!!!
Great Servie!!
I had a very good experience during my visit. The staff was very professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
