I discontinued my visits due to witnessing several instances of medical errors. These errors included incorrect procedure codes recorded before my injections, confusion between right and left sides on the forms, and a lack of inquiries about my pregnancy status prior to procedures. Notably, this pregnancy-related protocol only commenced after my third injection at the clinic. I want to highlight that my insurance company was duly informed beforehand for pre-authorization, assuring coverage for the procedures. Despite this, I now find myself in a situation where your billing supervisor is using coercive language. Despite my insurance successfully covering the injections. Even with prior-authorization they continue to bill me for services. Their billing center is off shore and does a poor job communicating with patients.

This place is horrible. All they do is give you a urine test and try to talk you into getting a spinal core stimilater

Had back pain for years.Dr wanted to do surgery said no .Told me to tray Seva talked to Dr Mirchandani.He said to try injections.Took 3 injections and have had no back pain since March of 2023.Had a very sore sciatic nerve pain.could not sit stand or walk.Dr Mirchandani said a shim in my back would work.Had the surgery took about 45 minutes. Got off the table walked.Have had no problem with the nerve since the surgery. Seva Dr Mirchaandani and Dr Patel are outstanding. Have problems with anything please try them out nothing to lose. I love my Dr at Seva! I suffered for years with pain and immobility until I found them at Seva and now I live a full life! I can't say enough about them and would refer all of my friends and family and anyone else who has prominent pain or suffers in life with mobility!! They are life changing and can help you live a reasonably normal life in the midst of medical difficulties!

Level of care is exemplary. Beautiful facilities, professional and warm staff, and the variety of treatments for a long list of ailments related to pain are incredible. I am grateful that I have begun treatment with Dr Mirchandani and the staff at Seva Med Care. I am hopeful and look forward to the benefits I can gain from their knowledge and experience.
