I was seen at SignatureCare and not only are the staff here Super heroes they are fantastic all around.A huge thank you to all the Andi, Angie, Keylee, Enrique, Zac, Nick and Dr. Chowdhury for taking such good care of me.Everything was explained thoroughly and was executed quickly and professionally.If I ever have another emergency I will definitely be coming back here.

Excellent care would best describe this place. Everyone is super amazing and ever so kind and caring. Nurse April was on top of everything! Jorge was very respectful with my chest x-rays. And Dr Chopra fixed me up and got me breathing again! Just a bad case of bronchitis!!! Thanks for all you do SignatureCare! You truly are SUPER HEROES!!!

Ok, so with this many reviews I thought there had to be a catch. Like they beg you to review them before leaving. Nope. Not one bit. They are just that exceptional here.I have chronic migraines and while I've pretty much formed my own relief at home, one stuck that I couldn't shake for well over a week. I haven't had to visit an ER for one in well over a year. Yesterday, I had to. In search of a stand alone one, I found this one with over 1k good reviews and took my chances.Husband dropped me at the front door, I walked in and from the MOMENT she opened that glass window I felt cared for. Fast to the back and my care was started within 30 minutes (intake, doctor chat and exam, and the nurse starting my IV). The doctor was worried about one symptom so ran additional tests, and was beyond attentive. The nurse kept the lights off, but when he needed them he covered my eyes for me with a towel. Migraineurs never want to have to visit an ER (omg the lights and sounds alone), but this was an amazing experience from the time I walked in to the time I missed the exit (twice lol) and they gently said no, that door haha.Whether it be a migraine, or any other fast care my family needs, we will surely be back here. I may have not been all there when leaving last night, but I'm so thankful for the care received!!!

I brought my son and I to be seen as we have been very ill lately ...the staff was fantastic! Super knowledgeable helpful and kind. Angie was our nurse April was our LVN and we both recieved wonderful care from Dr. Chowdhury! I also had a chest xray by Molly and she made me feel very comfortable during! overall our visit was very pleasant!

A friend recommended Signature in Lewisville for Monoclonal Antibody treatment, and I suspected I had COVID, so I came in. April, the tech, and Dr. Choudhury did a great job with testing and explaining, and though I tested negative, they tested further to diagnose my symptoms. I was treated with concern and care the entire visit.

Don’t take your children here. They will treat them as there is nothing wrong. Came in with my 4 year old son after someone landed on his leg at the trampoline park, cried in an almost empty waiting room for 20 minutes to no concern from the staff whats so ever. Ended up leaving after i was told he would have to wait for the other 2 adults in the room to be seen. Took him to flower mound emergency room (which had 10 people waiting) and was seen within 5 minutes to find out his leg was broken.

Very pleased with the overall experience at this facility. I can’t thank enough all the nurses, technicians, front desk and specially Dr Chopra for their patience to diagnose, explain and treat my 18 month old. Havent had such an amazing experience in any medical facility in recent times. Big shout out to the entire team.
