Dr T explains the Mohs reason. Today he did 2 Squamous n ears and a Basal. I have had Mohs before w him cancer gone w little to no scary. He has a professional and friendly team. Drs Rachael Earnest, Reidstraw. Nurses Vicki, Julie, Gicela who numb me gentle and assist. The phone surgery coordinator are efficient and polite worked me in. I am 85 active Senior w Long history of skin cancer. Dr T and Team are the BEST . Thank you.

Dr. Tolkachjov and his staff are incredibly professional and kind. They listened to my concerns and were proactive in removing and doing a biopsy on an area I had been concerned about- that other doctor’s had bypassed. It was painless and a very fast process. Dr. Tolkachjov is very calm and knowledgable. I would recommend his office a million times over!

He combines his expertise and compassion with his exceptional knowledge and attention to my needs, which made me feel at ease. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tolkachjov is an excellent surgeon. He was very gentle and reassuring throughout the procedure. His suturing skills leave you with the best outcome possible. I have also used him for cosmetic injections and very much appreciated his commitment to a natural look. I would highly recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Tolkachjov is an incredibly kind, skilled, and knowledgable surgeon. Although having a skin cancer is never an enjoyable experience, Dr. Tolkachjov and staff do an excellent job of making the process as easy as possible. If any family members or myself personally need a skin cancer treated, I would no doubt recommend Dr. Tolkachjov.

I had three Mohs procedures with Dr. T and his staff. The procedures were not pleasant but were done professionally and with my care in mind. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. They made me feel that I was in capable hands. 😊👍

I had a basal cell removed from my neck in June 2020. The process went fine, and I’m sure the doctor is as skilled as any in the area. It was the office that earns a solid negative review. Last June, I scheduled a follow up for April 2021. The follow up was on my calendar for nine months. I even got many automated text reminders about my follow up appointment. When I arrived for my 7:30am appointment, no one was in the office. The office was closed. I found out after waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes and calling a secondary office of his, that they had changed the office hours for my location and NO ONE EVER TOLD ME. For nine months. Not one word. The office lady Alexis said later that she wanted to “rectify” the situation. She told me that my rescheduled appointment fee could likely be waived to “rectify” their negligence, but that she needed to confirm this. Then I never heard another word. Until I went to my rescheduled follow up and identified myself and asked about the fee. Alexis said “Oh, yeah, that’s my fault. We can’t waive the fee. It will be a normal office visit cost.” I walked out. As I left, she smiled in a pressured and fake manner and yelled, “Thank you! Have a nice day!” As if to say “We don’t need your business! Please go ahead and leave!” So just know the package you are getting here: typical impersonal fake-caring healthcare. Dime a dozen.Update 5/18/21: I received a call from a regional manager Amber seeking info and follow-up from my Google review. She explained her desire to prevent problems like mine from occurring in the future. She was not defensive but wanted to know more details of my experience and my feelings about them. I felt no sales pitch from her; only a genuine desire to correct and prevent issues ongoing. I’m glad for this management. For me, it came a bit too late, but perhaps things will improve for other patients at this clinic.

Dr. Tolkachjov and his staff were the greatest!! They went over and above to care for my husband. I would highly recommend him for any dermatology needs. Thank you Dr. Tolkachjov!
