This place is a joke. Good luck if you have to use Touchstone imaging. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you need a mammogram. ANYWHERE ELSE. My appointment was at 9AM, and I didn't walk out the door until 11:00.

This place will scam you. They REQUIRE that you pay upfront and after they go through insurance, they will bill you again as if you never paid for it. I had 2 MRIs done and was told to pay $1,243. Paid the amount before the MRIs and a few weeks later after they went through my insurance, they billed me $1,083. When I checked with my insurance company, they assured me that my initial $1,243 payment covers $1,083 that I owed and I should be getting refunded. On top of that Touchstone keeps emailing and texting stating I still owe $1,083. Still fighting over this with their billing department. They also lost my PHI forms that I signed when I was at the center SMH. It's funny how they will require you to pay their bills in 28 days. I wonder if they'll pay me interest if they don't pay me back in 28 days.

The African descent receptionist had a very negative attitude when I entered the office to register. Her customer care skills were rude and poor. She could benefit from some training on proper front desk etiquette and continuity of customer care and service. Due to my rude interaction with her, I will not return to this location and will consult my Breast Cancer surgeon of the terrible customer care experienced at this location. In 2019 I had an excellent experience at this facility in February 2023 this was the worst experience. I have been employed in the medical and mental health fields for 33 years and never treated my patients in this mannerism. I treat all with integrity dignity and respect; a quality which should be implemented towards all. Carissa was very cordial and respectful when I spoke with her on the phone on Friday. Thank you for the past services rendered but today’s encounter will be given to all my associates to never utilize this location. Location address on Civic in Lewisville, Texas.

Google I enjoy it because when I don’t know anything it gives me the information and I do a lot of research to make sure that whatever I’m doing is giving me accurate so I as they speak to me I will actually pull it up on Google to see if it’s true I like Google

The people you deal with here are just awesome. They are friendly and considerate.

Good luck with scheduling a Saturday mammogram. Get same excuses each time I call. No technician.

Environment and staffs are so helpful. Waiting time is too long even after an appointment is taken.

Waste of time. Let you sit there 20 min before you are notified that they don’t have the necessary documents to proceed

My experience was awesome. I was very nervous, but being talked through each step and having kind/caring office staff and tech made it so much easier! Thank you guys so much!💗
