Royal Bliss Day/Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

This was my second time getting a massage at Royal Bliss and I loved it both times. Andre was very professional and made me feel comfortable. If you're intimidated by him, don't be - he's a great masseuse.

I woke up yesterday morning with upper back pain that limited my mobility. I reached out to Brylee (owner) right away to see if there was an opening for a massage. Lucky for me, Andre was available for a deep tissue massage. Andre took the time to hear my concerns and asked which area I'd like him to focus on most. My massage was more than amazing. I was very comfortable Andre. He asked several times if the pressure was ok or too much. A day later and I still have some residual back pain, but it's nowhere near what it was before my massage. I'll definitely be back for another deep tissue massage with Andre! He's a great addition to the Royal Bliss team!

I will say overall they had a very comfortable and nicely decorated salon. They have great customer service and make you feel extremely welcome. I think I had my expectations a little too high overall for the experience as I am not one to normally get facials, it was a special occasion. If I could go back in time, I probably would have been better off getting 3 regular facials over time, rather than one mega facial hoping for a miracle on how my skin would appear after, and asked exactly what to expect during the facial experience. Overall, it was very nice, I just might have set my expectations too high for the results, which was not their fault.

My massage therapist, Brylee, was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and truly listened to my needs. I appreciated how understanding she was, making sure to focus on the areas that needed the most care. Her technique was incredible—both relaxing and effective—and she paid close attention to every detail to ensure I left feeling my best. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cared for. I highly recommend Brylee and Royal Bliss to anyone looking for a top-quality spa experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you for a wonderful service!
