Had pathetic unprofessional experience here. The doctor doesn’t show up for appointment. The clinic makes you wait forever until you ask. Extremely unprofessional people
Their customer service and appointment process suck! It's waste of time to go to this doctor and their office. Address changed - no information about that until you go to the previous office and know that they have moved Scheduled an appointment for thyroid lab work and their team didn't inform the doctor. After a 20 min wait they say they can't do my labs because doctor doesn't know and asked come back next day again. The biggest joke they asked me to fast all morning until I get my labs done which was never needed for thyroid test in the past, atleast for me. And you end up receiving multiple texts for an appointment that they don't know about. I'm going for another PcP now.
I give 2 stars just because she’s a good listener but nothing else.. the most unprofessional provider I’ve seen doesn’t care about her patients
Unprofessional, and forgot to submit my lap order for two weeks never going back to this clown show
09/14/2022: Front office gave me an appointment in a day. And as usual Dr Nisha treated my condition immediately. Sorry Dr Nisha for using your page to establish communication beyond your front desk. When they are less helpful and we need your attention I had to find my ways of reaching you. Thank you —————————————————————————09/12/2022: Once Swift medical is changed village medical, looks like doctor is not available when we need an appointment in the near future like in a day or 2. I’m an existing patient and called in for an appointment, they say doctor is not a available until 09/20/2022. Strange. What for we are existing patients and what for doctor is our primary care physician??? The receptionist who received the call says, she is accepting new patients so she is not available. When we do have to go for an urgent care, what for we have to have a primary care physician?? Earlier when they could manage to give an appointments, why not now. ——————————————————— December 2021: Update after 2 days of the original review which had 3 stars: Dr Nisha & the front office were on top of the concern and made sure they did the needful immediately and notified me and they were sorry for the delay and Dr said if if results are not okay then they are on top of that otherwise they take it at the later time. Overall as I said earlier in my review that I’m extremely happy consulting Dr Nisha and I’m absolutely fine the office and staff when we are at the office. Addressing the concern immediately added even more value to them. I appreciate that. ————————— Dr Nisha is absolutely fine. However if you do any lab work or any anything getting the results out is so hard with these people. I struggle with it. I’m calling several times and they have several reasons even after receiving results from lab that the doctor is busy they have to review then we will release it in your portal but it takes days and weeks but still we don’t get the results in the portal. This is so ridiculous, we are looking forward for the results which we might have to send to some other specialist and it might be time sensitive but these people doesn’t have any sensibility about the time at all. Not sure it’s the issue with front office/nurse or with doctor. Hope these people read the concern and take things seriously.
The two main medical assistants there are Ashley & Lindsey. Ashley is smart, knowledgeable, competent, and very inuitive. She is so professional and personal-plus she really means it. It was refreshing to come accross a medical assistant expert who is so genuine and holds integrity as a top priority. She mapped out a productive strategy for me, and made sure nothing would fall through the cracks behind the scenes. She made my day. Lindsey is wonderful, she called me today, twice to make sure my needs were met. It was amaizing to hear her take charge of the situation and it was a complete joy talking to her! I know under Dr. Nisha Gajendra's care I am taken care of in the highest regard. Thank you for all that your practice serves us. I highly recommend this facility and the good people that are there to take care of our health needs.
I would like give less than a star if it was available. We booked an appointment with the Doctor and before booking the appt we confirmed that the Doctor was in network. But after going to the clinic we found that the Doctor was not available due to an emergency and the Nurse Practitioner saw us. We received a bill of with large balance and when called we found that the NP was not in contract or being getting to the contract and the claim was processed as Out of Network and hence the large balance. When we called their billing department they were asking us to call the Clinic as they cannot do anything and when we called the clinic they asked me to connect to the billing department as they cannot do anything. I would not recommend this location as they are not professional
I have been a patient of Dr Nisha Gajendra for about 2 years now and I had a very bad experience with this practice around March of 2022. I urgently needed a medical letter from the doctor to be produced at my office, but was told that it cannot be provided and was asked to schedule another appointment with the doctor, which was not available till end of April, although I had visited the doctor and got all my blood work done a month back. The office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called their office repeatedly in the month of March for the letter. No one answered. Not even a voice mail was set up. They literally shutdown their office for 2 weeks without any prior notice since the practice was getting integrated with Village Medical Group. And then when I could finally get in touch with them after 2 weeks of wait, I was told that no appointments are available and nothing can be done till end of April. I would have loved to give a negative rating if that was possible. Such a horrible experience.
#UPDATE# Since I last posted the review nothing has changed, the doctor sure is a sweet lady but how is that going to help when a patient finds it hard to get hold prescription leave alone getting an appointment. We are annoyed, frustrated and all that you find in dictionary words. Seriously this doctor needs to hire a strong staff who are empathetic and have some answers to our questions. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys. So please consider and hire some certified staff. I called last week for the refill which is not been fulfilled since then. Doctor, if you are reading this , you are in a profession where peoples lives are dependent on you. So gather up and get your staff to work. I had been calling Dr Gajendra’s office continuously for the past two days as my husband’s and mine prescription needs to be refilled. The phone either seems to be not working or they are not accepting any calls, any which ways it is a pain to reach this facility. It is completely unprofessional for a doctors office to not be responding to their calls. Added to this they have not enabled the voicemail, how else does a doctor wants her patients to communicate?? Want us to line up in front of the office each time we need a prescription refill 😞
Dr Gajendra is very caring and professional. I would recommend her highly as a primary care physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
