David Pryor Jones's Online Review Report Card

First visit with this doctor....Doctor Jones rushes in (like he was upset), quickly scans through my paperwork (seconds), tells me that it looks like your other doctors did everything, and that he can't do anything, says it's IBS, told me basically to go home and "look it up" (IBS), (look it up?!!! That's his job!), gave me some literature on Fod map diet (without explaining it) and sent me on my way!!! Never examined me or asked me where I'm hurting. I came in with excruciating pain in my right side. I was literally in tears and he didn't ask me any questions. This doctor was rushing me out! He was insensitive and unprofessional! I don't know how he got those other high reviews. Maybe, he just had a bad day, but that doesn't excuse his attitude! 0 stars from me!

I absolutely love Dr. David Jones. I have been with him for over 12+ years. I have a genetic liver disease and IBS and all around stomach issues that he monitors and I have been stable so long its weird only seeing him once a year now! He is always timely and I love that I can receive all my services in ONE LOCATION. I dislike people ordering tests then having to drive all over SA to each testing place and scheduling etc. I love that he handles most of it himself. I have tests done and I don't have to wait for an appt to get results he just calls me and lets me know what they are or messages on portal. He's super personal and way understanding about all aspects of life. I just started bringing my newly adult son to him as well. That tells you how awesome he is if a crazy parent chooses him to be their child's new doctor.

Awesome job. Very friendly, fast and thorough. Very pleasurable for a not so pleasurable procedure. Thanks Dr Jones and staff!!

Perfect! Everything went well, and everybody was very courteous. Doctor Jones introduced himself and explained the procedure. He was very pleasant. I can say the same for the anesthesia doctor. Nurses did a terrific job. 😊

Dr. Jones and his staff made what I thought were going to be an uncomfortable procedure, into a very comfortable process and I was very pleasantly surprised by this experience. Years ago, I had a colonoscopy with another doctor, and it was a horrible involvement. My procedure went excellent with no complications. I rate the complete medical staff 5 out 5 stars. Great team no issues in and out with any pain or discomfort. Therefore, best in San Antonio.

Dr. Jones really listened to my concerns and going to run tests to figure out what is going on with my health. Will highly recommend to my family and friends.

I really thought he was awesome. He was very professional and informative and I really appreciated his great manners. I would highly recommend anyone to see him for care.

When I arrived the Dr.s office was prepared for my arrival. The is staff very nice. The process for my procedure preparedness was quick and timely., Dr. Jones is very professional. My only suggestion is the Dr. call you with the results. I have questions.

From checking in until departing the service was all great and professional. I felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend this location and Mr. Jones to anyone.
