Dr Ramirez and the staff at Gastroenterology Consultants have provided me with excellent care for nearly thirty years. Through that time I have required attention to a number of digestive tract problems. Dealing with these issues included both upper endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Several procedures involved surgery. And all activities have been successful. When I reference Dr Ramirez to my other medical support specialist, I can actually see relief reflected in their face. Dr Ramirez is a total professional and I have been most fortunate to have him as a doctor.

Hello everyone, this is my personal opinion about the Dr. Oscar G. Ramirez He is my gastroenterologist specialist and he take care about me of my Colonoscopy screening and i thing he was a Super Professional Dr. of this Campus of gastroenterology. If you never had a colonoscopy after 40, my recommendation is that you make an initial appointment with Dr. Oscar Ramirez and begin the process. The treatment I received at the San Antonio Gastroenterology Center at 12850 Toepperwein Rd, Live Oak, TX 78233 I would say is the best. I already lived my experience for myself. good luck!

I am grateful my oncologist referred me to Dr. Oscar Ramirez during treatment for my first cancer. Dr. Ramirez found an abnormality during the upper GI which turned out to be new unrelated cancer- caught early. He knew exactly what he was looking at and sat down to explain it to me in simple terms that even I could understand. Understand and not be terrified. He and his amazing team have really helped me thru the maze to stay on track and help get me through some very tough times. They are patient with my unreliable schedule and forgetful ways, Covid no help. Like a second family. I appreciate that during check-ups he updates me on my current status and still takes the time to go back to review the steps I need to take to remain on a positive track. They're in business because they genuinely care.
