Dr Navaras has bought into the new Government Electronic System that collects your personal information for government control..they ask questions about your mental health, what race you are, if you have guns in the house and many other questions that has nothing to do with having a colonospoy..DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN..Many facilities have switched over to this new system..ITS NEVER OK for ANYONE to ask for your personal business..BEWARE!!!

Hold times are 20+ minutes . I was told I'll be having a CT scan but they never pre authorized so the CT place didn't go through with the appointment . By far the sorriest "doctor" I've had to work with .

My mother is going on 4 weeks trying to get the paperwork/doctors orders correct to get the ordered testing completed. Office is closed up with for lease sing so you can’t even go in to try to get all the issues corrected. Nobody returns calls. My mother is at the mercy of the office and has been in pain for 4 weeks with no end in sight. Unfortunately she is stuck going to this office due to her insurance. I pretty much expect her to end up in the hospital before the ordered tests are completed and a diagnosis is given. If you have a choice - go see another physician.

This Dr is horrible . Did an upper gi on me because I was vomiting. As i am waking up he is talking and walking away from me. I was his last patient but he get out if the facility fast enough. He told me I had a blockage AND hIs Staff will call to schedule a Ct scan. This of course never happened. A couple days later I was rushed to the ER where they performed two separate procedures to resolve my blockage. Don't go to this Dr trust me.

1. Two weeks after they received my referral I decided to call them to set up an appointment. The assistant (male) lied that it was my job to get ahold of them 2. They choose to communicate via text, even when I requested phone call or email ONLY 3. Dr Narvaez is ok enough. He did opt for a more expensive and invasive small-intestine procedure vs the cheaper and less invasive breath test I ended up switching to Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio who contacted me two days after they received my referral :)

Dr Navarez is an excellent doctor. He truly cares about his patients health. I have and will continue to refer patients to him.

Hard to get a hold of. When I would call it would ring and go straight to voice mail. Tried messaging them but didn't hear from them until 2 weeks later. Doctor not very informative and didn't seem like he wanted to be there and listen. Talked over me a lot. Second time I went, the receptionist was very rude as all I asked about was pharmacy didn't receive the prescription and she got offended as she may have thought I was implying they never sent it, but it could have been the pharmacies fault. I just asked if she could call them and resend.

He is the absolute best dr I have ever seen!! Compassionate and caring, very knowledgeable and his staff is just wonderful and great at their jobs as well!

have seen Dr. Narvaez several times and have always enjoyed his care and conversing with him; however, this time a rude black lady said he's a doctor, after I complained that I'd been waiting for over an hour and no one had explained the delay. He's a doctor is supposed to justify what exactly??? that he's more important than his patients?
