As new patients wanting to get established in the Livingston area; my wife and I can say the process to get established and to schedule our first appointment was quite pleasant. The gentleman that took our call was very courteous and understanding.

I am well pleased with her expertise at such a young age. I have only had doctors in TMC in Houston. I was very worried & concerned about these small town docs but when you need one, life or death situation, you take what's available. Fortunately for me I had the best, Dr.Nachimuthu & Dr. Kahn. Thank you for your constant care, availability & finding what was best for getting me well, reminding me that you will get me well!! I feel that I received comparable if not better care here than I would have in the Texas Medical Center.

This is my second time dealing with Carol and Donna in the office. They routinely put patients on hold and never come back to the phone. After 10-12 minutes of being on hold the only recourse is to call back. Today I was on hold, hung up on ,and then put into voicemail. The office staff Donna said -look we have 40 phone calls and only 2 of us. This is the poor customer service and I don't believe Dr. Nachimuthu is even aware of how rude her staff is to patients and family members.
