Marlene who handles appointment scheduling and insurance verifications is just wonderful. She always goes above and beyond! My MRI tech was very kind, helpful and informative. It is never super busy here so wait times are minimal and you don't feel like you are sitting in a crowded room for hours and hours like other local facilities. Highly recommend!!:)

At my recent appointment, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Ms. Holden, the NP, was easy to interact with, listened well, was thorough in interviewing, and explained options in a very professional way. I am pleased that I chose this option to deal with my health concern and will readily recommend this option for dealing with spine evaluations and plans for intervention.

I was seen same day as I called for an appointment. No waiting. Saw NP who was very attentive and listened closely. Referred to well known MD in Tyler and had surgery within a month. Staff was friendly and professional.
