I always have a good experience here. I make an appointment online and am always in and out in about an hour. The level of care I receive here is excellent. The doctor is fully versed on my lengthy medical history and ensures she doesn’t prescribe anything that increases my blood pressure or raise my blood sugar. I always recommend HealthCARE Express.

Came for a strep test got that at 5 and have not seen anyone since it’s now 6:45 I asked the front off why this is taking so long and she proceeded to tell me others have been waiting longer 😳😳😳

The online booking appointments feature is really helpful, hardly any wait time in lobby or room. Staff was great and excellent care. Trisha was very professional and knowledgeable about my issues. I will definitely be back.

I made appt . Waited in careWas called in 13 min. Taken to room. Vitals taken. Then t send room . Black lady, VERY FRIENDLY LADY BUT COULDFIND VEIN. PATRISHA CAME IN WITH XRAY TECH. XRAY TECH WAS EXCELLENT . PATRICIA FOUND GOID VEIN FOR DRIP BAG. SHE S GREAT. EXCELLENT BEDSIDE BUT BUSY. SHE SUBSCRIBED MEDS . THE DRIP BAG MADE ME FEEL BETTER. SHE NOT IN TODAY. WIFE IS SICK NOW AND HASSCHEDULED WHEN PATRICIA IS BACK TOMORROW. SHE, WENDY'. KIM ALL A.RE EXCENNT. THESE OTHER URGENT CARE DO NOT CARE HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WAIT. I had Covid only 6 weeks before this visit. I fully recovered and being seen for other reasons (no fever, no body aches, just congestion). I know what COVID felt like. I was really sick. Medical staff was still pushing COVID test even when it is not medically necessary. It is sad when a medical facility is pushing to do every medical test They can justify, just for the $ and not even listening to the patient. I used to love using HCE, but I will not return. I am not their priority.
