James Sawyer is the antithesis of care and professionalism, as he demonstrated during my last visit. His level of indifference when it came to my concerns was disheartening and his decision was denial of treatment. He also made a snide remark to me as I left, suggesting that I go see a former physician who no longer practices, in which he was well aware of. It was a very callous and gross comment to hear from a medical doctor.

Dr Sawyer is always very thorough. He reviews all the details of your illness or concerns. He follows up to check on your progress to see if your health is improving. He has been my internist for over 15 years and always provided excellent care.

Office staff just schedules appointments and has the automated system call a day or two in advance to advise of a pending appointment. Doctor has his P.A. attend to almost all patient needs rather than seeing patient's himself. Appears this doctor is more interested in running a patient mill than actually caring about the well-being of his patients.
