The front desk and nurses were nice as can be. Dr. Chen however treated me very poorly and made me feel worthless. I expressed to him that he was treated me like I was stupid and he shrugged his shoulders. I told him I felt like I wasted my time getting no help, he sarcastically said “WELP, SORRY.” I couldn’t even make it to the checkout without crying. I got NO help from this visit and left feeling like I wasn’t worth helping. I’d rather drive to Dallas.

The staff was polite, Dr. Chen was friendly, but I would have greatly appreciated a warning that just the office visit was going to cost over $200.

This place was by far the best experience in dealing with my lifelong allergy problems. I have tried everything in the area including "allergy drops" prescribed by local family docs and ENTs which were USELESS and then other specialist who never were open when I could see them. Here I had no delay in seeing the doctor, getting my allergy test and then allergy shots which have been a LIFE CHANGER. Plus the ladies here are the best!

Dr. Chen is very thorough! I've been allergic to Pennicillan my whole life. He let me know about a test to rule out the allergy. He said most people outgrow childhood allergies.That's great news for me!
