Went here for therapy 3 years ago and Maria was my therapist, stopped going to sessions for a month or so and when I came back she was gone. I connected with Maria and she was honestly the sweetest, most caring person.. I hope where ever she is now she’s Prospering. Also Tracey is really kind too!

The ladies in the office can not get there stuff together that's for sure. 2 times in the last week my husband had appointments. Had the appointment card from the council we was supposed to see for both dates. Both times they tell us we did not have a appointment and today that the councilor no longer works there. Could of called since we live in Kilgore. No but if you don't show up then they want to charge you anyway if you did not call and cancel the appointment 24 hrs before hand. What a joke.

40 min wait for a schedule appointment while people are coming in and out appointment later than mind get checked in

Dr.tiffany is the best dr. In the world. I love her.

I'm so over them. Trying to see someone is near impossible.. they keep sending my meds to the wrong location.. I haven't had my meds in 3 months

The clinic has a lot of good things going on and the Dr and her PAs as well as the nurses team are exemplary in their field! The Transportation team is off tha chain friendly as well as being extremely helpful. The Dental Team is so nice and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable! They are speedy with their appts as well!The caseworker teams along with the receptionists have the largest turnover and they miss a lot of important stuff with the patients because they aren't there long enough to grow roots;-) and learn their caseloads personally.

They are very expensive, despite what they say. I have 3 bad teeth and they hit me up for $260 as soon as I walked through the door. They are the worst care facility I've ever been to. Their level of compassion is zero. They have treated me with nothing but disrespect ever since I walked in the front door the first time and they are a bunch of liars.

The people there were very nice and polite . It was my first visit there my 2 ND visit will be next week we will seehow it goes. Ill let you know

I have never stated a fact iny lufl that was such an understamemt. 1 starDue to minimum rating allowed. I thought this was a good resource to help people whom struggle with opioid addiction. The assocuates that I have delt with, the majority of them were rude, judgmental, and un-professional. There was even 1 i delt with I could have sworn I she was checked in under the wrong status, what I mean by that is instead of being part of the staff you would have thought she was a client. She go all upset bcos U asked for a certain person when i was denied to speak to him I asked if I voukd speaj to whom ever her boss was which was when they brought in this woman who told me I had no right to ask gor that person by name. I explained to her he knows me from Woodbine , that really seemed to tick her off. I needed help is what the problem was. I was being denied basic services and they had no right to dently me. Then i was denied the person I knew might vould help me and then last but jot least I was denied for the mental health servoces. Seems like some peculiar behaviors, actions, extreme efforts to not provide me with any of the services I need, if you were sitting on the side lines just in the back ground and hapoened to see the situation you would think they been dealing with me for years and I am juts one of those problematic patients. That is not by far the case here. I am looking into sone options to have this matter handled. I should have never been out of the program to begin with Dr.Scribner and I had a heated disagreemnet and I did say that from now on I would make sure to ask for someone other than her. She put notes in the computer saying I stated that I was not going to cone back to that clinic period. I didnt find out she put those notes in the computer until after the fact she not only luedin her notes but she also left me to believe everything was ok when i walked out that day. It is truly saf they know how hard opioid dependency is who, what, when, where, how, or why is mysteriousley beyond me. So what do I do now where do I turn, where do I go how can I get my medicine? Praying for a miracle before my life falls apart again
