After learning I was pregnant I decided to go to wellness pointe- pine tree. They confirmed my pregnancy and set up a over the phone intake. No one ever called Friday. When I called the office the same Friday they kept putting me through to someone that never answered. I left multiple voicemails. I ended up in the ER with a threatening miscarriage. I called over the weekend to talk to my obgyn to get help. They said it wasn’t an emergency and I could wait till the office opened. When the office opened that Monday I called multiple times and left voicemails and still haven’t heard anything.

I appreciated her listening to me and asking questions without making me feel rushed. She determined a plan for figuring out the root cause of my symptoms and I actually left feeling encouraged to at least have a plan for moving forward.

Dr. Edmonds is the best. She is extremely caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I know my girls are in safe hands with her.

Megan McDonald is the best. She listens to her patients carefully and she takes that information to find the root cause of our health problems. She is very knowledgeable and always explains everything very well. She never rushes through my appointment and she is never pushy. I highly recommend her and the functional medicine approach.

Since Wendy McKinnon left, this place sucks. I showed up 15 minutes early to my 5 o'clock appointment and I was the only one in the waiting room... The last appointment. (My car was the only one in the parking lot) Now it's 530 and I have yet to see a doctor. The staff is always nice but the need to learn time management and respect for other people's time.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. There’s no proper customer service, and they are EXTREMELY disorganized. They ruined 3 of my appointments.

All staff are very nice, whenever I need to get my kids in for an appt they always get us in as soon as they can & so far I've had a good experience with my prenatal care.

Listen. If you want a fantastic professional NP/DR, Meagan McDonald's of 6 years is the best. Placing you on medication is her absolute last resort. Anytime I needed to be referred to a specialist she never hesitated. She does what it takes to to comfort her patients. Thank you Dr. McDonald.
