Friendly staff but can't get them to sign and fax paper work for my disabled son to continue receiving his medical supplies. His order was suspended for this month because they failed to do so. We were contacted by the medical supplier that they never received the signed paper work so we called Wellness Pointe and they said that they would take care of it. Now we just received a letter saying the order was suspended because the paper work was never received. We are new to this clinic and never had an issue with his previous doctor. We were excited at first because they are so friendly but we are needing a Doctor's signature a lot of times in order to get supplies and equipment for my son, so if this is a regular thing we will have to look for a new doctor which is a shame because otherwise they are great.

Only given 2 star waiting to see if the answer a message i left for my husband on there phone...requesting a medication farmacy didnt recieve...been calling and no one answers the phone and two receptionist there sitting because i was in the office at the time.

They have a pleasant atmosphere at the clinic. Reception staff is always friendly and they follow covid guidelines. Dr. Russell & her nursing staff are knowledgeable and treat you like your nedical concerns are just as important to them as they are to you.

Dr. Turney was very professional, thorough and attentive! I was very impressed with the entire staff! Everyone was very friendly and all of my questions and concerns were addressed! I was absolutely impressed with Wellness Pointe! If you are considering this Clinic, you will not be disappointed! You will be treated with the utmost care! 5 Stars is not enough!!!

Took my Grandbaby to hospital due to fever and coughing and we were told he had pneumonia and possible COVID. The hospital told us to have our doctor test him so we took him to his doctor at Wellness Pointe. Wellness Point told us that my Grandbaby did not qualify for testing because the hospital had him on the right medication for COVID and he has not left the country. Now there is a 18 month old baby with possible COVID that will not be recorded. How many more cases are out there spreading due to this type of medical care. Makes me want to yell... Do Your Job.

Told me that because I lived with my boyfriend we were common law married after only one year of dating and he had to bring in all his paystubs and photo ID for me to receive service. We don’t identify as married since we just started dating less than 12 months ago. I just moved to TX recently and I’m not from a state that has “common law marriages” so this is entirely foreign to me. I don’t understand why someone that I’m not legally married to and am dating for less than a year has to bring in all their information for ME to get treatment. I cancelled the appt and will try to find somewhere else that allows unmarried partners who live together to receive services without my partner having to bring his personal information in to put on file.
