William Torres Iii's Online Review Report Card

I went in for a Colonoscopy after having bouts with diverticulitis. Dr Torres was very professional and performed the procedure quickly and painlessly. Office staff was top notch also.

First I’d like to say he is very kind. With that said, I hate a horrid experience and will not be back or recommend. The very first visit I knew I wasn’t going to be happy with his care. He was very short, very rushed, didn’t seem like he was fully listening or did he seem to care. Tried to tell him what I’ve done in the past, what’s worked, and what hasn’t. I tried giving full details, med routine and list, but he keeps telling me I’m perfectly fine just up my doses on miralax and OTC stuff but the side effects I get from this routine make me feel worse than being constipated. When I tried talking to him he was rude, short, and wanted me to come in and talk about it. Well after past dealings with him I knew I would be a forever wait time, talk for 5 seconds where he barely listens, get told there’s nothing I can do and everything is normal, and pay a specialist copay. I have never had a doc tell me I have to come in to tell them the medicine suggestion is not working out. They all communicate through MyChart or even calling the nurse. He is out for money and money only. I did not get an apology after saying I felt mistreated. Didn’t even acknowledge I was upset

I was so happy with Dr. Torres and his staff. They are so kind and caring from the time you call for an appointment until they call with your results. I was thrilled to find a doctor these days like him.

Dr. Torres and his staff are very professional and caring. It is rare these days to find a doctor and his staff be so kind to their patients. I am very happy to have found him for my doctor and would recommend him to anyone needing this type of doctor. I can guarantee you will be vey happy with him.

Not rushed, easy to talk to. Prescribed the right medication the first time. It made all the difference in my life.

My husband and I both understood the results of my endoscopy. Treatment, the medication etc. Dr. Torres didn't make us feel rushed, he sat down in the recovery room and answered all our questions. I'd definitely recommend him to friends or family.

He is very nice and I never feel rushed when I am talking with him. He explains everything and makes sure I have a clear understanding of the treatment options and treatment plan. Highly recommend Dr Torres.

Great bedside manner and very attentive to his patients. I would refer anybody to Dr. Torres. He is a wonderful doctor and truly cares about his patients.

During my initial visit with Dr. Torres, I had to audit his Rx to make sure he had circled the one he said I needed (he hadn't); only complaint about the office visit; you would not think you had to check what the "doctor ordered." His staff, from nursing to admin, were on-point and great. Today, i had a flex sig with him; he was great. He greeted me with a smile on his face; seemed like he wanted to be there; explained what he found after. I recommend him highly, as he was to me.
