Poor communication skills my girls appointment was at 10:30 I arrived at 10:28 I was told to stay in the vehicle when I made the appointment so I did just that and I let them know when I arrived I sat in my car for about 5 minutes before they called and asked for their symptoms ( which I already informed them of ) and told us they had a room and we could come inside we finally get to the room and sat until 11:05am before the nurse comes in and informs me of the Dr. wanting an RSV testing done ( still haven’t seen the Dr. ) and the testing would be another wait so she tells me she will inform the Dr. I will not be able to wait another 15/30 mins for an rsv testing ( cause if so I can just got to the emergency room for the amount of time I’m waiting here ) 20 mins pass before I go ahead and leave it’s not only today either it’s every time I come I have to wait at least 30mins before I am seen stop overbooking

I love this place. The staff are all friendly and courteous. The medical staff seem genuinely caring and are very thorough. They're especially good with young kids.

I am so frustrated with this place. I have a 2 month old, who had a appointment set up 2 weeks ago that we was unable to make. I have called and left over 4 voicemails trying to resechduel the appointment. Today frustrated, I called 7 times over a 4 hour period. No answer.Will be going this week to get my daughter's medical record released from the office so we can change doctors! This is RDICLIOUS.😤😤😤😤

I truly believe that Dr. Robert Hough, really cares for his patients and also enjoy what he does, taking care of patient must Not be easy but seing his dedication and care for my children makes me happy to have him as my children's provider. Thank you so much for all you hard work, God bless you.

I have never had any problems getting into be seen with a sick teenager, it is clean very nice . I have had to reschedule checkups and it was not a problem.

Dr. Hough has seen my son since he was 10 weeks old... I love him as my sons Dr. As well as his nurse practitioner she is amazing... I am very happy worth this being my son's dr!Oh and it is the SPECIAL HEALTH RESOURCES of EAST TEXAS'S ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES... for clarification to the lady who is worried about it being part of SHRET with just a new name and not wanting to take your children there.

I love Estella Torres but the office part is unprofessional! The fact that the phones can't be answered and you must leave a message to only never get a call back is ridiculous. I've waited over 2 days for my medicine and have called 4 times to be told it has been sent electronically as well as called in. It's now the third day and I still don't have it. I think they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Nothing like it used to be!
