Dr Coon is good. Her office staff is horrible! Not helpful, has attitude when you ask a question. Candy and Kristen are bad office staff

If your pregnant dont come here even if it's your last option. I called twice to see dr and receptionist was extremely rude and refused for my to get seen. I have full covarage insurance and they are very rude.

Phenomenal! Told her after my perfect delivery I would never have another baby without her! Unfortunately, I moved. I’ve never missed her more! If you have her partner Dr. Devine for any reason you will not be disappointed! Devine /Coon duo are the absolute best in Lubbock!

Dr. Coon is THE absolute best. She is kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always asks what questions you have and addresses every single one. She will re-explain information if necessary and is never in a rush. I suddenly developed severe complications towards the end of my pregnancy. She explained the situation to me and my family members as they arrived at the hospital. She was everything I needed in that moment. She praised me for recognizing something was “off” and explained the severity of the situation, which I appreciated. She remained calm and confident, which kept me in good spirits and kept me calm in what could have easily been a chaotic situation. From the moment she met me at the hospital, she never left my side until she had delivered my son and knew we were both okay. She saved my life and my son’s life. Because of his prematurity, he was in the NICU for 11 days. Despite me being discharged from the hospital, she still would find us in the NICU and check on both of us. Words will never be able to depict my appreciation and sincere gratitude for her and her staff.

Awful, I drove a hour and a half to Lubbock just to get there to be notified my appointment was cancelled. Only to find out that my appointment was cancelled due to an error on the office’s complete inability to communicate with their patients. Apparently they didn’t receive my faxed paper work, but failed to mention any of this to me and sent me a confirmation text for my appointment anyway. Once I was there the staff was completely unbothered didn’t make any effort to right their wrong.

When I first started going to Dr. Coon I was sceptical. I wondered all 9 months if she was a right fit, since our personalities are definitely different. Delivery day came and I'm so glad I had this women deliver my child. There isn't a single doctor I could recommend higher than her. She really knocked it out of the park. I had a stressful delievery due to some complications, and I can tell you NO ONE is as good as this women.

Dr. Coon is always so personable and caring. She never seems rushed and makes sure all my questions answered. I really feel like she genuinely cares about me and my well being. She also is very knowledgeable and professional! She delivered my daughter and was wonderful. I can't say enough about her!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Co on and her staff. It was my first pregnancy so I was nervous and I had a lot of questions. She never made a feel rushed or that they were silly questions. She was great during the delivery. She stayed very calm when my babies blood pressure drop and she kept me calm. Thank goodness I didn't need a C Section but she was prepared and very professional.

We love Dr. Coon! Highly recommend.
