This Doctor has been very honest and has looked out for the best interest in the children he is very good with the childrenas well and answers any questionsthat may be availableto him. Never had a problem. Staff is very nice and they do there best to make the patients aware of any delays or rescheduling or to inform any changes within the facility. Over all it's a great place.

I just moved back to Lubbock after being gone for 4 years. I have always taken my children to this clinic so I decided to bring my youngest back. Dr. Benjamin Wolcott was wonderful with my son. I am completely impressed. Thank you!

I trust Dr. Wolcott. I am grateful my son has him for a pediatrician! Unfortunately my son has had many different situations. And whith everyone, we have been given explanations and treatment. Best, my son trusts him and is very comfortable communicating with Dr. Wolcott. We have never had to wait. We actually get seen on same day appointments. I adore the nurses and the front staff.

I would not recommend this doctor to my fellow mothers. He was very arrogant and disregarded my concern. I knew my son had strep, he argued with me and said that he should go back to school the next day (with 102 fever) and refused to treat him on symptoms. The school nurse even knew his throat looked like he had strep. His culture came back positive for strep! Moms know their kids. I understand drs make mistakes, but it was his attitude and unwillingness to listen that was unacceptable.

Dr. Wolcott is our pediatrician for our two birth children and two foster children. He always listens to my concerns and does a fantastic job as a provider. I would definitely recommend him to any family. The staff is also incredibly courteous and helpful, especially when I was hauling four children through their office.
